Reported on radio that mccoll et al have applied for a court injunction to delay the AGM because the board have invalidated the request for additional board members
McColl and Murray don't have a say, they don't have a shareholding to speak of. And it appears their requisition isn't backed by enough shareholders so can be ignored.
Pryor put in 2. 5% of share money, of his own wealth, into the club and he's happy with how it's going.
It seems that, those wishing to be placed on the board talk a good game but when required to 'put up' they can't! I don't think that all this carry on helps anyone!
The daily rag today names six guys including McColl and Murray raising the court action and states they have 0. 71% of shares. Unbelievable. Less than three quarters of one percent. I think they have a strategy of making it go bust. Malcolm Murray's investigation into green cost £600k now a possible court hearing with QCs.
If there's only £4.5m say left in bank it could be damaging to finances.
Barry ferguson attacking bonuses is rich from a huge EBT beneficiary. Ally is still the biggest salary and bonuses guy at the club, so guess Barry's accusations are leveled at Ally.

Why has Jabba repeatedly not come out for his club and board against attacks by his old paper? No counter articles by Jabba nor influence over press to stop it.
Fans shouldn't get behind these guys but get behind their board.
Hopefully they do have enough, why would any directors want a fair and democratice vote form shareholders? unless they have something to hide that is? like where ahs sums of monies went etc and why we can't seem to keep our director picked NOMADS or even why the latest NOMAD was the one Green wished the rebels to deposit money into if they wanted to buy the club? strange going ons form anyone with nothing to hide.

Everybodys up in arms about how much ally earns yet not 1 mention about the wages big jig is on which is similar salary to coisty.
The requisitioners didn't like the easdales buying into the club so surprise the Glasgow rag printed all the dirt they could on easdales.
But they've put their millions in.
All the turmoil in last year and half has been from "rangers men" with no money trying to gain power and control. Even after some were offered well salaried board places. MMand WS. When will they go away and let this club breath and flourish?
Breath and flourish that is a joke why would the likes of mcColl and King put money in right now King has already invested £20 mill in Rangers and lost it but has stated on South African tv interview he ready to invest again but not till the board is changed McColl is one of the richest men in Scotland he will not put a penny in till there is a board change why would they the money would go in and straight back out again into the spivs pockets wise up we are going no where whith this shower in charge let get the truth out get men on the board who will let the fans know what happened to the money
Sorry folks but did Mr Green not tell these guys "Put up or Shut up". I have one full share that means I am in a better position to ask question than them.
Looks like the board trying to block any kind of vote against them at a g m according to letter to stock exchange today. To the above posters these guys have 5. 3% in Rangers more than double what Pryor put in so they do have a say.
If the AGM is deferred it goes beyond 31oct and is breaking the law as it is required by 31 latest.
Also McColl gang don't have enough shareholders to force an EGM or to insist on anything. It's full shareholder democracy at work.
Ally misleads fans he's done it repeatedly since SDM and been caught out tripping over his own fibs.
Green was looking for stupid money for the shares. No one in their right mind would have paid what he was asking for

Honestly some of you are absolutely mental. McColl has the backing of 30% of the institutional advisors. Regardless of whether we put money in or not the current board's business plan is going to run it into administration. It needs to change NOW or you'll be moaning again. Directors getting bonuses for winning the league the and such is an absolute disgrace. I warn you know if that mob get voted back on Charles Green will swan straight back into Ibrox. Let the fans decide who is voted onto the board, why are the current board not allowing the proposals to happen, do they have something to hide. I would rather have had Frank Blin do our accounts than Stockdale. Both Murrays are better businessmen then the current lot. And before you all start Paul Murray was on the board yes but on the board when David Murray had 90%+ of Rangers he couldn't exactly tell him what to do. Malcolm Murray was the only member of the new board I trusted.
To honest some:- It is a duty of all Directors to look after all of the other shareholders too even if they only hold 10%. Many will say that Murray failed to do that - and he could have at least attempted to tell him what to do and therefore had it recorded that he was carrying out his Directors duties to the full.

McColl will definitely invest but only under two conditions. 1 if the current board are gone and if the club goes into administration again.
