I mean I'm not a huge fan of kyle but as someone said below he is still young and right now he isn't first choice in the team he usually comes on about 70-80th minute were he can't really do anything. And some of the games he does start he can be good. maybe when he gets older and matures he can be a great player for us

Oh and what great pieces of business they turned out to be eh? My tim mates torture me over Weiss and cannae really blame them. I still can't believe we paid £3.5 mill for Lafferty. If the takeover doesn't happen soon god only knows what state our team will be next year, as I reckon Gregs and Bougy are for the off. Does anyone think we could even get our money back for lafferty? Still be our league this year though, sunday was just an off day.
Weiss is on form right now I mean why would your ''tim'' mates make fun of you? can they name a player that's that plays like him? Paddy McCourt? James Forrest? Juarez? So celtic fans can't slag of anyone in our squad and of course we won't get money for lafferty I mean if there was a chance a team offered half a million for him I would take it.

The pieces of business haven't been that bad. Jelavic has been injured and will be ready for StMirren and looks a good player. Beattie has been a disaster I'll give you that. Weiss has been a good loan player, I don't see why they torture you over him, yes he played badly against them but as someone else mentioned they have nothing better. As for Lafferty that wasn't a Summer signing so irrelevant, but was bad business. Who knows he's only like 23 if he could play the whole season the way he played the end of last year then we would be able to get our money back but I doubt it.

OMg yes we had no money in the summer we could only buy Jelavic cos we sold Kevin thomson and Danny Wilson and we got 2m each for them
4m doesn't equal the total Summer spending, Beattie cost money and they had to pay a loan fee for Weiss so they clearly did have money.

I got a phone call today from my freind who is a team organizer at ibrox he was at ibrox at 4:35pm and seen martin bain escorting someone out to a car he asked the supervisor who it was and was told its a player rangers are intrested in but it was not any players that's been in the press so far as he did not no of him he was in his late 20s about 5`8 with short black hair any ideas?

Rangers are said to interested in Dundee Utd ace David Goodwillie but only if someone is to be sold not sure who? I would think any decent money for one of our players would see leave. Possibly Kenny Miller? Also said to be looking at Celtic target Erik Huseklepp but think that's just paper talk.

Rangers are not bidding to sign Celtic target Erik Huseklepp, according to Walter Smith. The Rangers manager was responding to speculation that the Ibrox club had registered an interest in the Norwegian international.
Celtic have been in talks with SK Brann in the last couple of days in the hope of agreeing a fee for the 26-year old striker. Huseklepp has expressed a desire to move abroad and the Parkhead club are thought to be the frontrunners to snap up the forward.
Smith was asked at a press conference today if he was interested in stealing the player away from his Glasgow rivals and dismissed the rumour, calling it "fantasy football".
Brann director Roald Bruun-Hanssen has returned to Norway after talks with Celtic saying that no transfer was agreed but he did not rule out reaching an agreement.
"He has not been sold, " Bruun-Hanssen told Norwegian reporters.
"We cannot confirm anything other than that we had a serious interest and went over to talk to them."

Kilmarnock goalkeeper Cammy Bell has indicated he is ready to sign a new deal at Rugby Park.
The 24-year-old, whose current contract expires at the end of the season, has been locked in talks with Kilmarnock over a new long-term deal.
The likes of Rangers have been linked with a move for Bell, who made his Scotland debut as a substitute against the Faroe Islands in November.
Bell has established himself as No.1 keeper at Killie in the last year after joining the club in 2002 and he is hoping to extend his stay at the Ayrshire outfit.
"We're still in talks but I hope everything will be sorted soon and that there will be a positive announcement in the next week or so, " Bell told the Daily Record.
"A few other players will also be out of contract soon and I hope we can keep them."

My Mate knows former Celtic player (Pearson) who is friendly with Kenny Miller, Apparently Rangers are waiting on a bid for Miller from Birmingham which will provide the funds to sign goodwille (around £1.6)
Dundee Utd have had 2 offers for Goodwille expexted to be lower championship clubs but his prefferd choice is Rangers (he is not a rangers fan - he is a dundee utd fan) Dundee Utd have given Rangers until 1 week before deadline day to table an acceptable offer or they will be forced to accept one of the other offers.
Mcgregow will be sold but not until summer - has just signed new contract and rangers won't use any money to sign cammy bell when he is available for free in summer.

As previously mentioned, Rangers looking to sign Goodwillie for £1.5-2m. Also rumoured to be signing Cammy Bell on a free transfer as he's out of contract at the end of the season. If Bell signs expect McGregor to go. Remember Walter said we have no money but he always plays down transfer rumours to stop the media speculating. We didn't think they had money last summer and jelavic signed.
Actually We did know they would have the money last summer because they told us the bank were giving them 5 million to spend. they haven't this transfer window so the only way there getting the money for the bid to get goodwillie is by selling a player which if true would be more likely to be mcgregor, if cammy bell does sign a pre contract.
I think the probability is they will sell McGregor and use the money to strengthen the squad. Walter Smith said they have no money but he would always say that because if he said we do have money then the media would be all over them. Also if you make it known you have money to spend then other clubs will hold out for higher transfer fees. Just Walter being shrewd expect Goodwillie in but no one else unless they sell.

One club is reported to be Rangers who are preparing a bid of up to £2 Million.
To date no offers have been made
