rangers have just confirmed that they are set to sign rino gattuso, pending on the outcome of the cva next week and coming out of administration {Ed039's Note - Where is this?)

Believable20 Unbelievable56

Ed on sky sports news rangers hope to sign gattuso once cva accepted if indeed it is. charles green has held talks with gattuso and his agent. i doubt cva will be accepted though not looking gd if you see hmrc employing liquidators. {Ed039's Note - Yes so they havent confirmed that he will sign if/when rangers exit administration which is what the OP stated, no agreement in place, remember Green is trying to sell season tickets, prospect of a World Cup winner puts bums in seats, but I wont believe anything until I see it with my own 2 eyes, aplogies for the sceptisism but we have seen enough BS this last year)

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey maybe admin not all that bad. look at Dundee FC they sem to be the only team in Scotland getting loads of players ? twice in admin and still getting heaps players and that on low attendnace compared to us?

Agree0 Disagree0

Breaking news on the comedy channel

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah and pending the fact that you are about to accept the transfer embargo. The cva will not be accepted. HMRC know this, hence the reason they have moved the appoint the liquidator. Why would they do this if they thought they were going to accept a cva. No acceptance from HMRC, no cva.

Agree0 Disagree0

Green aint stupid....trying some spin to entice fan support.....gattusos done but not for the spl....sad eh...deecee

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that really the way rangers should be going? Seems like one almighty waste of money to me.

Agree0 Disagree0

That's a great idea. Let's waste what money we have on gattuso, who was a great player but is past it now. This will only piss off all the chairmen in spl. Talking of signing players etc when we owe half of them money. I think Stephen Thompson is right, they are not going to let a newco back in that easy

Agree0 Disagree0

Not to mention this mornings newspapers!

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said Ed.How can one thing be confirmed, when something else is still pending.
Gattuso finished now anyway in my opinion,i know we're in dire straits, but if this is a PR stunt from Charles Greene, then we ain't got much to look forward to under SEVCO,if they think a 34 year old with one eye is a major signing. Lean times ahead at best,if we survive. While i'm on Ed, how are your video embedding skills, any chance we could have a video section on the site?
P.O.B. {Ed001's Note - we can have one set up, it is easy to do, I am sure it won't take him long to figure out how to embed them. If I can do it, anyone can!}

Agree0 Disagree0

Deluded to the very end.
You aint signing anyone, accept and move on.
As for World Cup winner, boy's past it and only looking at coming here cause no one else will touch him. funny how over the last few close seasons its always brought up about how much he loved the club but when no one else interested he's back "home"

Agree0 Disagree0

Signing gatusso ? Going to germany on tour ? The only signings that will be done is down at the buroo ! What about this senario . Ally takes his team on tour in Germany . They have just finished their first game . Rangers are liquidised which means the team and all the other hangers -on will be left to pay their own fares home ( and hotel bills ) Far fetched ? I can see it happening

Agree0 Disagree0

Here we are without 2 pennies to our name owing the government God knows how many tens of millions and Green wants to sign a world cup winner that only 1 team in Scotland could afford.
This behaviour can only allianate the few friends we have.
Thought Green was wanting to accept transfer ban. Sorry that was 2 hours ago, just can't keep up.

Agree0 Disagree0

From the San Siro to Montrose....

Agree0 Disagree0

So when you say Rangers who do you mean ? Duff and Phelps ? They cant sign anyone. Or Charles Green ? What right has he to make any decisions about any signing ? He has no authority whatsoever. IF the CVA is agreed there is a 28 day cooling off period when the club is still in administration. If as is more likely it is rejected HMRC will put their oen liquidator in and its bye bye Charlie.

Agree0 Disagree0

If that's their decision, God forbid, then tell us early please and put us out of our misery.

Agree0 Disagree0

What about Double contract punishment?

Agree0 Disagree0

The deal has only been rubber stamped. every thing hinges on the cva.

Agree0 Disagree0

Once the CVA is accepted ? So he won't be signing then I assume.

Agree0 Disagree0

This is why people continue to hate your team. Costing the tax payers millions, away to undoubtedly put other, innocent companies out of business, yet professing to be about to sign high costing players. Parasites of the highest order. Thank god its all garbage to try to get you to buy season tickets, although he could have done that by offering a bottle of Buckie

Agree0 Disagree0

New rumour is that Gattuso wants to sign for Celtic as he can get champions league football again....Just kidding.. he is only here to see his wifes family.

Agree0 Disagree0

I guess Rino would have liked to come back to Rangers and despite his eye problems, I'd have loved to see him back at Ibrox but he isn't coming back, Green knows he isn't coming back and is only using this as a tool to get the gullible to part with their season ticket money ASAP.

And as has been pointed out talk of signing him is only going to antagonise creditors in the days before the vote on the CVA proposal but then again despite his claims I would also guess he knows that's a no-goer. More gross stupidity from Green. BB

Agree0 Disagree0

Why do we want a video section? I thought this was a rumours site.Isn't that what youtube is for.If I want to watch videos I will go on a video site to do it not a football forum ffs!

Agree0 Disagree0

£8000 owed to the Scottish ambulance service yet wanting to sign a player in excess of 10 grand a week. Truly are devoid of morals.

Green just been on STV and article on STV website: says he cannot rule out just accepting the SFA player transfer ban. Is he insane? It's not up to Rangers, a court of session judge ruled it illegal. It's not possible anymore. Are rangers now going to try and undermine court of session judgements? Because Lord Carloway won't.

Believable26 Unbelievable8

How do I vote? It is unbelievable he said that but i do believe he is stupid enough to say it!

Agree0 Disagree0

The CoS ruling is only a recommendation, not legally enforceable.
Al

Agree0 Disagree0

Makes you wonder why is it ok now to take the ban when it wasnt a few weeks ago... they shouldnt be alowed to take it as they now know they will get one of the listed punishments that is worse.
plus is it fair they take the sfa to court and then the sfa has to pay the court fees then for rangers to end up with the same outcome? trying to get it all their own way!!

Agree0 Disagree0

If Green is ready now to accept the SFA transfer embargo, why challenge it in court of session in the first place?!?

Agree0 Disagree0

Squeaky bum time

Agree0 Disagree0

He can accept it if he wants (and he does want too). The court of session judgement is not binding on the party who brought the action (rangers). If rangers want to accept the ban to avoid further punishment, then they can.

Agree0 Disagree0

Imagine green in circus ringmasters dress. Roll up roll , see the amazing one eyed footballer.

Agree0 Disagree0

The more i hear about this green the more i think he is just a twit!!

Rangers should have taken the punishments given out in the first place and they would not be in this mess.

Green knows now that the next possible outcome could be a lot worse and is bricking it.

Scottish football is turning into a circus with whats going on up here and i for 1 have not been blinded with all this smoke and Mirrors

Agree0 Disagree0

Surely if the court of session has ruled that the original sanction of 12 month transfer embargo is incompetant, then the SFA panel are tasked with considering an alternative which doesn't include the original punishment ?!?

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers awarded court costs who pays costs now

dinwar

Agree0 Disagree0

The issue has been sent to the appellant panel of lord Carloway. The SFA says it accepts and respects the court of session status as supervisory body. The SFA cannot backtrack to go even more lightly on Rangers. Rangers have zero say in the issue anymore.
There is no bargaining to be done. Lord carloways panel has to deliver the integrity of the SFA governance system.

Agree0 Disagree0

The original punishment has been withdrawn, null and void. Not an option in the regulations. The SFA can no longer use it. The SFA would not wish to use it as there would be a risk of double jeopardy.

Agree0 Disagree0

In the words of regan, Scottish football is ok and in good health, it's only one club where all the problems are.

Agree0 Disagree0

If he accepts it I won't be back, given a punishment that doesn't exist proofs the spl are corrupt, you cannot make punishments up, games a bogey, spl are corrupt

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm not sure which is sadder: that other clubs' fans are rubbing Rangers fans' noses in the possible demise of the club; or that some Rangers fans can't see that the SFA and the appeal panel were doing Rangers a favour by not suspending them first time around and delivering the final coup-de-grâce to Rangers in their current form.

Agree0 Disagree0

The SFA have already stated they won't be making any deals with Green over this.

Just heard the money from rangers season ticket sales will go into a secure account.... just wondering what happens to this money whith the ticketus deal been done and all the debt the club has?

Believable3 Unbelievable14

Ticketus will have the money frozen by Lord Hodge at the court of session.
We know it's morally Ticketus' money. Ticketus will also get security over assets for their £27m, from Whytes Rangers Group.

Agree0 Disagree0

Nothing to do with Ticketus any more. That deal was terminated.

Wondering though what a "secure account" is. Surely it will still be an asset of the club and subject to cva/liquidation.

Agree0 Disagree0

Secure means different things to different people. You have Mr Green's word. Do you trust Green? I would hazard a guess that secure means " Thats mine now lads."

Agree0 Disagree0

Ticketus deal has been torn up by duff and phellps, they will be offered a payback in the cva such as 9p in the pound as reported i believe.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why dont they just rip up the tax bill aswell and offer 9p in the pound ( really 2.5p in the pound when the btc come in)

Agree0 Disagree0

D&P may say they've ripped up the Ticketus deal,Ticketus don't have to accept this.If they insist the deal is honoured we'll end up back in court.

Agree0 Disagree0

What are you buying?.will we be in the SPL,Div3,will we be playing anywhere next season. What's to stop Green from using this cash to repay his loan, not using it for the clubs benefit.
thing that gets me though,is why is Green saying anything. He's only a prospective buyer.D&P are resposible for the running of the club.
Anyone who pays up front for a ST is mad.Too many obstacles right now.

Agree0 Disagree0

It'll be secure alright.

Agree0 Disagree0

Either way it goes, Is Green saying he will dupe all the creditors, get the club for a pittance, and when it's done and dusted, the consortium will come in with £30 million to buy players etc. ? Not giving the creditors much to choose from is it ?

Agree0 Disagree0

I hope no one will even think about buying a season ticket, money down the drain.bb

My first post on here and hope this makes sense.

Our beloved club is in turmoil which just goes on and on.

I donated money to the RFFF but have to admit think that was a mistake.

Why does the RFFF not use the money to pay of the small creditors like the local newsagent, instead of paying for new turf or legal fees?

Secondly, how are we affording to train in Germany when we are in administation? Why not just play at home, fill Ibrox and use Murray Park, I cant imagine creditors are going to like seeing photos of the team sunning themselves when they have been asked to accept pennies for the pound.

I want to see the club out of this mess but I am lost at way the club are going.

Believable47 Unbelievable4

It looks to me once the creditors have been kicked into touch normal service will be resumed asap. Training in Germany, friendly in France and tournament against Arsenal and Southampton. These clubs must have received assurance that we can field a competative team.
Little wonder that SPL teams may gang up on us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Completely agree BUT where do you start with the creditors. There are so many and most of the small ones must be really hurting (especially now the big wage earners income is guaranteed). At least you tried to help them. The foreign trips might be a "head in the sand" attempt at pretending everything is normal and if Rangers don't see a danger then it will go away-- or -- it might be an attempt by the players to display their talents to prospective buyers. If that is the case look forward to some cracking performances.

Agree0 Disagree0

High time all the delusion came to an end there will be no Germany or anything else, the Rangers have just spent another year not paying taxes which meant it was ran season 2011/2012 on taxpayers hard earned cash, time has come to say goodbye forever.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree sat on same seat for 28 years why pay season tckt when we dont know where it is going all creditors must be sick when someone who owes you money is travelling all over europe rff should pay off all small creditors and try and pay as many bills as we can

Agree0 Disagree0

"Little wonder that SPL teams may gang up on us."
Your first sentence goes some way to explaining why.
These creditors are not parasites on your club. They are companies and individuals who provided a product or service in the understanding that they would be paid for said. We are talking about peoples livelihoods here. I don't want any of the ordinary employees of Rangers to lose their jobs, but you seem to have no interest in anything outside gloryhunting for your club.
Al

Agree0 Disagree0

Op. Weve never seen the like. Rangers bought and sold like an old ram. We're all to blame. Theres no respect like self respect and nobody with the power to help respects the old club. Buy rangers with an 8.5m loan ?, get tae h*ll.

Agree0 Disagree0

How many people have lost their jobs and been put out of business because rangers didnt pay their bills ?? but you seem to have no interest in anything outside greedy hunting for your club ... pal

Agree0 Disagree0

I do feel very sorry for the small creditors in all this.
They were providing a service to RFC and had the kudos of being associated with RFC.

Agree0 Disagree0

The ff paid all small crditors under £1000.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lot of creditors(suppliers) as have been mentioned before want rangers out of administration so they can starting normal trading again,not 100 per cent but does all the bills since admin have to be paid by administrators legally,you can spout all you want but suppliers will deal with rangers and as another poster said how many people outside rangers have actually lost there jobs over this,I agree 100% that we have to sort things out and make them good if poss but a extinct rangers can't a morally run rangers can so Ed why do you continually post stuff you know to be nonsense in some of these posts, yes this is a rumour site not a fairytale site {Ed001's Note - stop whining! How are people supposed to find out what is true or false, if they don't post it here and have it debunked or confirmed? That is the whole point of the sites! If you don't like it, go elsewhere, but don't waste our time with whines about it when it is the whole point of the site.}

Agree0 Disagree0

"How many people have lost their jobs and been put out of business because rangers didnt pay their bills ?"

I don't know, nor did I say that anyone had. So please enlighten me. I assume that you have been in personal contact with all of the 200 and odd creditors then to check that they haven't had any job cuts or that the businesses are still going?
Al

Agree0 Disagree0

The best post thats been on here

Agree0 Disagree0

"The ff paid all small crditors under £1000." I think you might find that the above notion was muted, discussed and hope for on this very site however it is well documented that Dunfermline FC, the court of session QC and of course the re turfing of Ibrox are the only things that have been funded from the FF,,,,so not much moral high ground being achieved from that post....oh i must not forget the 2 (two) creditors who were paid by generous rangers fans,,, as said often before NO Remorse shown, no appology given from Hierarchy ( not fans)

Agree0 Disagree0

I wanna pay tribute to Rangers fans (I am a Tim) for trying to do the right thing by paying into this fund. It's not even your responsibility yet the compassion for small creditors is admirable.
A bit disappointed though if its true about the distribution of the money and so on.

Could Rangers (Green and Whyte) be on the verge of buying St Mirren thus keeping an SPL place for the newco following liquidation because HMRC knock back the CVA?

Believable16 Unbelievable48

Why would they do that? £5m purchase £100m of asset if they stay put.

Agree0 Disagree0

Whyte is not allowed to be associated with any scottish football team as per sfa

Agree0 Disagree0

There is more chance of saints buying gers since they are the second biggest club in glasgow now

Agree0 Disagree0

It was suggested at one point people from Rangers had a look at St Mirrens books (sneaky and caused someone their post) but why else stick your nose in unless you are considering to buy the Club!

Agree0 Disagree0

I heard from a very good source that it will be Airdrie. Big G.

Agree0 Disagree0

I would think not after all the fuss about viewing confidentual info. And after Gilmours comments about Rangers at the high court.

Agree0 Disagree0

What your suggesting is buying an SPL team liquidating it and transfering its Share to Rangers newco. Think this might need a SPL vote to be approved

Agree0 Disagree0

Whyte can be a director of any football team he fancies. SFA have no legal jurisdiction over that. All they can do is prevent him from representing the club on the SFA council. That's the farce over fining him and banning him from what for life! Means nothing.

Agree0 Disagree0

@ your right they are the second best with rangers first
trueblue

Agree0 Disagree0

St Mirren are not from Glasgow,,there from Paisley???????/

Agree0 Disagree0

If they where they must be wired to the moon no one would support that this is getting crazier by the minute !

Gers1986

Agree0 Disagree0

St Mirren the 2nd biggest team in GLASGOW...sure there new stadium was still in Paisley last time I drove past it!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes, Paisley is in glasgow! silly post by a silly person

Agree0 Disagree0

Paisley comes under Renfrewshire council, not Glasgow city council?

Agree0 Disagree0

Back to OP. Yes, there is no reason why Green shouldn't buy St Mirren as well as Ibrox, then move and rename the team.

Means the history will be St Mirren's, which could make for some interesting chants from the Celtic terraces during old firm matches.

SFA can't object as there is precedent with Airdrie.

Agree0 Disagree0

Would that mean the team would be St Rangers" Strangers to what?

Agree0 Disagree0

Paying taxes

Agree0 Disagree0

May happen it would allow us back into the SPL by the back door!

Agree0 Disagree0

So why did the St Mirren board cluck a director out for showing club documents to a someone with Rangers connections if the plan is to sell up to Rangers?

Family friend who works for KPMG have held a meeting with HRMC to take over from d and p. they did save portsmouth so it could be another false hope. Your thoughts ed? {Ed039's Note - Not heard anything, there was a clause inserted into the CVA that if rejected HMRC have their liquidators appointed though)

Believable8 Unbelievable11

Portsmouth just announced 2p in £ to creditors today, wouldn't describe that as a success.

Agree0 Disagree0

HMRC have named their people who historicly don't take prisoners.

Agree0 Disagree0

No, it's BDO who will be installed. BB

Agree0 Disagree0

HMRC could probably dump D&P if they wanted to enough and will certainly want their chosen liquidators if it comes to that (which I doubt).

HMRC agreed to D&P in the first instance.

Agree0 Disagree0

Craig Whyte proposed D&P be administartors.

HMRC opposed D&P being the Administrators.

Lord Hodge agreed with Craig Whyte and authorised D&P to be administrators.

HRMC had no choice.

Agree0 Disagree0

Look its simple if cva is not approved green buys stadium and starts a newco thats the only bit he needs after that he doesnt care less about the old club which will remain with whyte and be liquidated he wont be involved so he gives control to taxman who goes after the pot of cash and any other money owed to the club ... firstly its duffs that puts the cva to creditors so they put the clause in ...why ? an incentive to agree to a cva now on the current debt but in the event they lose the big tax case somewhere down the line the deals off green goes newco and hmrc get control of the scraps

Agree0 Disagree0

Just a thought because I can't sleep. How much is Murray Park land worth to a housing developer? (38 acres in Milngavie must be worth a few quid even in present economic climate.)

Agree0 Disagree0

"Look its simple if CVA is not approved"
Have you not read the updated agreement? HMRC have had several clauses included eg Appointment of BDO,not D & P as before as liquidators.
Several clauses have been removed/changed at HMRC's demand. One is that in event if CVA rejection BDO take over in liquidation senario. Meaning D & P have NO authority then. THEY CAN'T therefore just sell assets to Green. BDO can and will sell to whoever offers the most money. This can be as 1 lot or in smaller lots. EG Someone could buy Ibrox as a concert venue.. Someone else buys Murray Park (SFA) as a centre of excellence for football or other sports.possibly even Stirling University. AS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FROM 14TH FEB as per normal administration procedures!

Agree0 Disagree0

Nothing. It's green belt land. Cant be developed further than it already is.

Has anybody ACTUALLY been asked to renew or buy a season ticket.

IF NOT - can we give this a rest for the mo!

bil72

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Green is asking you Muppet! King is saying don't, so that's why all the posts!

Agree0 Disagree0

No, not bought one, wont but one. Wouldn't book a holiday with Thomas Cook if it was in Administration, would you.

Agree0 Disagree0

Quite right let's see what's on offer following next weeks CVA meeting, as you say nobody has been asked, so what's the problem?

Agree0 Disagree0

I think that Green has more or less asked every Rangers fan to renew their tickets by promising them a 'vote' on the renaming of Murray Park. Moreover, King has asked fans not to renew until things are made clearer. So yes tickets are being punted but it would be a foolish punt at the moment given the potentialities and shifting sands around the Club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Renewal forms to be sent out by early next week. According to man who doesn't actually own RFC called Charles Green -

'All season ticket revenues will be placed in a secure account that will go directly to the Club when the structure is resolved in the coming weeks.'

BB

Agree0 Disagree0

"Secure account" - eh not another secure solicitor client account in London?

Agree0 Disagree0

If gers fans buy the season tickets gers are saved, if not the only themselves to blame....

If gers fans buy the season tickets Green is saved, if not they have only themselves to blame....

only an idiot would buy a season ticket until there was some clarity of the circumstances we'll be under next season

Newspapers today reporting Rangers owe taxman, unchallenged £18m, in addition to big tax case.
Deliberately withheld statutory payments, interest and fines.
Reporting that HMRC can seize all assets and sell off through liquidators. Also mentions the £27m owed to Ticketus.

Believable30 Unbelievable8

HMRC need court permission to apply to liquidate via D&P (see creditors document sent yesterday) and no one can just "sieze" assets.

HMRC do not have a preference over other creditors in terms of payout just because they are potentially the largest creditor.

Agree0 Disagree0

Newspapers are so reliable, used to buy 2 a day til I added up what it was costing me over a year to read sh-t on a daily basis, now goes to a good cause ie beer money for holiday

Agree0 Disagree0

Unchallenged bill to tax man is £21m (including fines and interest). All tax has been paid by D&P since February.

Agree0 Disagree0

@1 that the point though if they go to court they could get permission to wind up and could successfully challenge any preferred creditor. In fact they can also challenge D&P's fee's. Are they likely to do this when offered £2mmillion to cover a £75 million debt? Hell yes.

Agree0 Disagree0

Looks as though the tax people are geared up for liquidation why go to such bother if the felt otherwise - they must be going to vote against CVA!

Agree0 Disagree0

Football teams are so reliable, used to watch 2 games a week til I added up what it was costing me over a year to watch sh-t on a weekly basis, now goes to a good cause ie holiday or new car.

Agree0 Disagree0

Newspapers - your not going to be another bluenosed drink-filled moron abroad are you?

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 Can't just challenge because they don't like the p in £ offer. They would need to prove D&P not performed duties correctly and that more would be realised for creditors from liquidation than through CVA. Court would take a lot of convincing and this rarely happens, not a slam dunk despite everyone's opinion on D&P.

Agree0 Disagree0

OP - whats news here?
18 or 20 mil is for Whyte's part last year - anything else is covered in CVA document & HMRC are only covering all bases by saying what might happen if CVA is rejected.

Don't think we're any further forward really - only crossing i's and dotting t's

bil72

Agree0 Disagree0

For what its worth -- some legal heads and accountants believe that this tax case is having the spotlight drawn on the fact that HMRC are no longer preferred creditors and the Treasury do not like the effect it is having. They have the clout to get the law in Scotland changed. It wont mean anything to the present case but it may go down in history as the "Rangers Clause". Something to remember them by.

Agree0 Disagree0

History Makers.

Does anyone know when the tribunal panel will report back on our punishment since the embargo has fallen through? is it today ed? {Ed039's Note - Today was the earliest they would have been able to convene but it is more likely to be next week, this was the last I heard earlier in the week)

Believable6 Unbelievable6

BDO have come to the party now. These guys are lethal. HMRC want these guys in place if the CVA fails, which it looks like it will now. had enough now.

Agree0 Disagree0

I am dreading the sfa decision i fear for rangers that the punishment will be heavy and the appointment of liquidators by hmrc is worrying as well i think they will reject the cva and therefor send us into liquidation. there will be no more rangers. i would just like to know ed's thoughts on the latest developments and also his thought's on dave king's statement is this just sour grapes from king because he did not get whyte's shares

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are you bring up the CVA and HMRC on a thread rumour or Question thats has little to do with it. Also its common practise for HMRC to do this, how exatly will the CVA fail? or is that your own opinion? the CVA is gives the best rwturn for creditors, HMRC are just covering all the bases, and even if it does end with Liqudation, they way green is doing it has already been done beofre with I believe it was leeds united (correct me if im wrong Edd) so we still will exist, but I would rather use pay our dues and emerege as a better club for this, the club, supporters, players and staff should not suffer for the actions of individuals.

Agree0 Disagree0

To the poster above, you need to stop bleeting on about the actions of individuals!
These "individuals" owned the club, where the club and one is still the club!

The best you can hope for is a suspension, and in retrospect the transfer ban was probably a lighter punishment

Agree0 Disagree0

The CVA will fail due to the fudged valuation figure given by Duff and Phelps for the assets. HMRC are going to sell everything off and make sure that they get more than 9p in the pound. They are also not best pleased with the offer from Green as it is only on paper and not real hard cash.

Agree0 Disagree0

Too much guesswork on here to reply

bil72

Agree0 Disagree0

HMRC are not idiots, why destroy Rangers when they can recop a bit of the money through a CVA and then continue to get tax of Rangers for years to come, Also the assets that D&P priced was based on the Value of them when out of Admin, If they get Liqudated then the Prices drop big time, also Green has a clause that ensures that he owns all Rangers assets, HMRC will get less back from liqudation and they will loose tax in the future, EVERY THINK OF THAT?

Agree0 Disagree0

SFA decision tonight before 8pm.
HMRC will liquidate, because 9p isn't whAt they will get on the £21m for a start. Then there's zero on offer for the imminent BTC £85m!
Only sequestration of assets and sell of makes their minimal return.
HMRC will recoup all taxes from whoever starts the new club going forward.
HMRC will not be responsible for any job losses. That's the board and owners to blame.
Listen guys liquidations happen all the time. Jobs are lost all the time.

Agree0 Disagree0

Continue to get taxes off Rangers for years to come!! Continue? Its the fact that they have not been getting them that has caused all your troubles!

Agree0 Disagree0

Continue to get taxes from whatever new rangers -fans end up putting together. So argument of letting rangers off to get future taxes is null and void.
