Numerous reports stating joey Barton has been banished from the training ground following a bust up. And is not expected to return anytime soon.

Think it's a mistake by "the magic hat"? To banish him till Monday, it should have been sorted out the next day and laid to rest, really does feel like warbs is making one mistake after another, this job is to big for him, he won me over after the semi, but being realistic the guys a city trader and ex Brentford manager, this is the manager of Glasgow Rangers, one of the hardest jobs in football.

I'd have halliday over Barton any day.

look its not either or and as much as I agree warbs has made some big mistakes he is learning and will get it right .

hi biggest mistake was not concentrating on the defence as is he sorted that even if we only got one or two other positions covered he would have a solid base to build from but he went for midfield player after midfield play and attacking players and left the worst part of our team to the end and had to take senderos and has to stick with keirnan because quite simple the other option is bring in clint hill who is 38.

but if warbs refuses to change his formation in the away games at least at some point I will stop having faith in the guy but don't think that will happen this season .

he has next year to win it for us or he is off.

I think he said what everyone is thinking. We played s*** on Saturday, at least he has the balls to say it. Am I not the only one getting tired of the same 'we'll learn from this' patter that everyone repeats. I think we will come good but at least someone at the club says what we are all thinking.

Personally I would have been more upset/ alarmed if there HADN'T been some sort of reaction like this. As someone else mentioned, in the past there have been all sorts of bust ups after games, part and parcel of the game especially when you have fans in the dressing room.

Although we don't know the details, it appears Barton as the elder statesman is trying to get a positive reaction out of his team mates and it has gone sour. Big deal. The suspension until Monday probably indicates that it went a bit too far. Big deal.

So long as it doesn't go beyond this into the next game then fine.

Halliday and Barton having a wee barney. It's just like 2 wee grannies having an argument in Aldi over the last tin of 10p beans. lol.
