Jon Toral loan deal from arsenal complete till the end of this season.

Any chance we could look to make that a long term deal? Transfermarkt has his price listed at 1.5mil euros.

His contract is up in the summer so I'd imagine if his loan spell was successful we would be in with a shout of signing him on a permanent contract in the summer, that is of course unless arsenal plan on offering him a new one.

Here's hoping they decide against renewing his contract then, wilshere is on loan if my memory serves me correctly, plus players such as Zelalem so they aren't exactly short of players in the middle of the park.

Yeah I don't think he will ever manage to get into their starting 11 or even as a squad player, fingers crossed he has a good loan and things get made permanent, he is the right age for a rangers signing, potential to make a good profit on him.

Such is our relationship with Arsenal that if we wanted him permanently and had the money we could probably do a deal with them where they would have first refusal should he be interesting other EPL Clubs. This has the potential to be a good deal. No we need to find a replacement for Halliday!

If he is keen on a permanent move We would only need to pay arsenal a development fee that's of course if they were to offer him a new contract. But it would be affordable. Hopefully he performs well for us and settles into the team.
