Lads, heard tonight from a friend who has been hit and miss before with transfer ‘rumours’ that Peter Crouch may be an option under Stevie G.

Different type of player but personally I am not overly keen on guys using us to wind down their careers.

Just what I heard.

Tbh every older player that’s played with Gerrard for England and Liverpool has been linked with us.

Surely we’re not going for a 37 year old Peter Crouch?

Save the wages and get Solanke on loan.

Agree BearMode not overly keen on Solanke either. I am happy for the club to bring in one or 2 young players on loan but I feel we need men able to compete physically and if youngsters are going to be blooded I would rather it was from our academy but Melwood.

6ft 2 beast? He is a little kid who hasn’t exactly set the world alight with his performances this year. Pop over to The Liverpool page and ask how he is rated.

Youre also forgetting the massive gap in the standard of the EPL to the SPL. If he was SPL setting the world alight at Liverpool then they're wouldn't be the slightest of chances that we'd get him

Not sure what this means? Dembele is above average at best. he scored 8 goals in the SPL - less than 6 others.

Dembele was let go by Fulham as they didn't see him as championship quality, Solanke and been at both Chelsea and Liverpool at the young age of 20

goals are where it would be decided and Solanke isn't quite there yet but i'd say he is no Morelos yet.

Moussa was never let go by fulham he decided to not sign a new contract . Spurs had an 8 mil bid accepted but he chose not to go sit on the bench

Spurs tried to sign him in the January on a pre contract. They were willing to pay 5 million and send him back on loan to Fulham.
