i really don't think this is a great loss for the life off me i can't see a football player in dorrans don't want to see any ranger injured but don't see a future in the famous jersey for him

If he can get fit then he’s a real asset, it’s the risk of signing players over 30, you simply do get injured more and generally take longer to recover. We’re pretty comfortable at centre mid, I’d say recover fully and come back completely injury free rather than rush back and be 70% fit!

Wasn't impressed with dorrans at all when he came back from injury, he started last season quite well to be fair. Hopefully he kicks off this season with better players around him. I think we will sign another mid so I'm not so sure that he will be a definate starter next season.

every player can't be on there game every game they all miss sitters an opponent is quicker than them so runs by them etc

Most posts i have read regarding Windass is we don't get anywhere near 90 minutes out of him, and yes I'm one who said this .
Under SG he won't get away with that, so will be interesting to see how he produces this season .

Wether he plays 25 40 65 minz his goals an assists all count same as fods who might only be called in to action 4 times and saves a goal being scored

Barring Alves, Dorrans is probably of the best pedigree we have in our squad . Played well enough until he got injured and this guy is claiming he can't see a player in him? Give me a break. Let's see how he gets on in an organised side this year. Is all.

Can understand the opinions in here about Dorrans not doing enough but tbh he’s an attacking midfielder playing as a holding midfielder, same as Halliday. played as a left winger and striker his whole career until he came to Rangers and next thing we have a winger playing centre midfield. Halliday even performed better as a left back towards the end of the season for us. with 4 centre midfielders already at the club in Docherty, Jack, Rossiter and McCrorie maybe give the other 2 players a chance in their real positions to show what they can do. Windass or Dorrans for CAM, Murphy and Halliday for LAM, get Candeias some cover and keep Wallace as back up for John at left back unless he plays Flanagan first as a left back uses John as cover for him and then we just need cover for Tav plus another striker to push Morelos, not sure if that’s Cumming tbh but this Sadiq does have a certain some thing about him! I also rekn another central defender needs to come in as I firmly believe SG will keep Alves as experienced back up. Exciting time to be one of the people that’s for sure🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙
