So a quarantined file is housed by the server of the recipient. so it is impossible for deloitte to say its investigation showed no wrong doing. actually untruthful. the file was received. the vote should have counted. proof positive.

So you're saying deloitte, one of the biggest and most respected financial institutions on the whole planet, was wrong? Nah. Just accept it. No laws were broken when the vote was withdrawn.

so were Lehman Bros and Enron - so don’t talk utter mince

An independent investigation puts everything to bed, clears the air for all parties and quite frankly in the interests of integrity the SPFL should welcome it

phoning members to advise your vote doesn’t matter and publishing results before all votes cast. absl laughable

we’ve all seen how successful ‘internal investigations’ into scandals have gone in this country before.

Think that's exactly what he is saying tjrfc. I for one agree too. An investigation done on very limited parts that they were allowed access too that don't even answer half the concerns raised.

They are covering up the pressure they put on Dundee to change the vote . you don't think a hand picked "independent" board are going to say anything was wrong . corrupt will cover the backs of the payers.

We ALL have quarantine files in our email server files - be it msm, gmail or whatever -- it is where the junk mail goes. This should have been the first place that should have been checked, but no matter the email was received - end of!

It is also strange that emails from home servers would go to junk mail - do none of them ever work from home?

And I really find it bizarre that no-one in the media questions the incompetence and intransigence of the SPFL, especially after the latest secret, independent, open and honest enquiry that answered what? We don't know what it answered - do we?

The SPFL are covering up something - we know that, and it would seem that it is something wrong and serious.

Finally, after listening to today's BBC Radio Football Show, why does none of them ask the pertinent question Why did Neil think it necessary to phone Peter after talking to Aberdeen FC, 15 minutes before the 5 o'clock deadline.

Why would anyone ask except us. the party concerned were offered financial inducements (pre season friendlies) to change their vote . we shouldn't let this roll over. the celtic chairman and the spfl chairman have been caught and now they are putting barriers up to the evidence . and that reconstruction mob they bashed together are a joke. oh sorry hearts let's see if we can help you out now we've shafted your club . farcical.

Tjrfc its precisely what i'm saying! as has happened with price waterhouse. accounting firms investigate/ audit from the remit set out by their employers. its why they are unreliable in these thing. all day long. to add. legally, there are very few exceptions to this situation, none of which the spfl possess.
