I have just talked with a young football reporter who has been my neighbour since he was in primary school, he said kal Kennedy has asked rangers for just a little more than the 2 grand they have offered, as both Bayern and city have offered him over 10 per week he simple Asked Rangers to offer a little more for him to stay, pathetic if he is allowed to go, the boy is from barmulloch and wants to stay, it will be a disgrace if he is allowed to go and if he goes on to earn a fortune nobody can say Rangers had they’re chance, I only found this out 15 mins ago and I’m shocked as I was blaming him for the delay, I have also discovered that the new top media guy is just as bad as the previous one, real young Rangers supporting reporters banned, for reporting, shame on them.

Clubs are not allowed to talk to players under contract until they are within last 6 months of there contracts which Kia kennedy ain't. any club doing that breaks fifa rules and get charged with tapping players. can't remember who it was but a team got a w year signing ban a couple years ago for this very thing so I very much doubt what you've said is true.
