A 10M bid is expected from Leeds for Borna. not expecting this to receive anything but a very quick No Thanks. Not sure what the big mans market value is but he would be a massive loss, esp with so many offers in here to drive Tav down south. our FB's are a massive factor in how we play. You better believe it gersman, there would be a gap in our system if tav goes, some people just don’t get it mate, that system relies heavily on fullbacks flying forward and stretching defences wide, changing is very difficult at this stage, and Tavernier is a relentless runner and vital part of Gerard’s plans.

If we lost BB and Tav I don't think we could replace and bed in players quick enough this season. Anyone who thinks anything else clearly doesn't understand the system we play. Our 2 fullbacks are pivotal to our system, and both fully understand their roles in the team. I wouldn't sell both for even a combined 30mil the league this season isnoriceless!

I don't mind Tav as a player but get real. Never in a million years is he a Rangers captain. Not one who will drive a team to trophies. He just hasn't gut the blood, guts and thunder that's sometimes required in Scotland. i'd give it to Goldson for now.

Rangers have had many true greats as captain, Grieg, goughy butcher, etc, then some more warriors ricksen Dawson and even Craig Patterson who both were in situ in difficult period, bocanegra is nothing compared with those guys, and unless Tav is captain of a winning side, this year then I’m afraid his tenure won’t be remembered fondly.
