From a decent source I've been told that we are trying to sign Jeffrey Schlupp think he's on a free. LB with loads of pace could be a great signing if true.

{Ed001's Note - I know that, he asked about him as a youngster. He was at Leicester previously. He had a trial at Man Utd while a teenager as a striker. He mostly played central midfield last season when I saw him, not sure if that is the position he now favours.}

Schlupp would be a solid choice. Can cover number of positions so being 2nd choice behind Barisic (assuming he stays) gives us real strength and he will play more than Bassey due to versatility.

I heard about this rumour a few days ago and put it up on banter site and I thought on here but can't see it anywhere, I think if he joins it will Bassey out on loan and Barasic staying if Barasic was leaving I think it would be the Hibs left back. doige and portis both players (spelling) we would be looking at I think for the money for BB as Schlupp is 28years old now.

I would be happy with them 2 players and Lewis Ferguson and Nesbit aswell and I think our signings would be finished and our squad would be solid to go again for next season for both league and especially Europe.
