Regarding Morelos is still 10.3m and then a 4.2m in added bonuses and a 20% add on fee

That's all well said and done but this is performance heavy driven

I've no doubt Morelos can score 15 plus in the first campaign providing he is not injured but the deal still comes with its risk!

I think Rangers are holding out for a fee of between 14- 17m straight up with the 20% moving on fee

So it's the initial fee I believe Porto have come short on

Rangers would rather the lump sum and no add ons if a deal can be struck that way

So ideally at least 14m and 20% moving on fee.
