Both keepers out with C.V.. Not ideal for next 2 games.

Rumours online. McGregor, tav, McLaughlin, wright and helander only rumours though. Not mention of who is positive and who is close contacts. Close contacts if fully vaccinated and negative test would be free to play immediately. Just need to wait n see. I imagine 2nd tests will be getting processed.

Rumours now saying it is kent and Roofe that are in isolation, hope that's all it is is rumours and not them but the fact is 2 are and what I'm asking is why hasn't everybody in the whole squad not had both there C.V. injections months ago? I find this really strange that not all have had it done, this isn't looking good at all but at least the players where split into 3 buses travelling up and back from Dingwall so hopefully there will be enough players okay and quality to win and get through the Europa league tie at least then if things are really bad as I fear the Celtic game will probably get cancelled if there's a lot of players C.V. positive, I just can't Believe everyone hasn't had both injections months ago which I think is a disgrace.

Jon McLaughlin is definitely 1 of the 2 that have came back with a positive C.V. test, just hope there isn't going to be many more affected.

huey there is check all the reliable Rangers sites, it was even spoken about in the interview where it was said players that have been fully jabbed won't have to isolate and will be able to go straight into the Europa league game.

Having both jabs doesn't guarantee anything as if your positive, you're isolating. As far as I'm aware, if you've had both jabs and are deemed a close contact, as long as you can provide a negative PCR test then you don't need to isolate. The danger obviously is that a lot of players have contracted it and are positive.

Yeah, double vaccinated close contacts don't have to isolate if they return a negative PCR.

KirkcaldyLoyal, you should only get the jab if you feel it is the right thing for you, I'm 100% behind any player or fan that declines the jab.
I myself will wait till it has more testing before I consider.
As it is I'm healthy and not worried about some jumped up influenza.
But hope everyone takes care do what is right for .

I had C.V. last September and it is definitely not a jumped up flu! I have never heard a thing as stupid a d irresponsible as that comment.

I have known friends that said they had it, and all said felt like bad flu, think will believe them.

Fortiescharlie trust me I've had it and it's far from a really bad flu, I've since had both injections, and i know it affects people in different ways and there is different strains aswell, but please unless you have had it yourself and know how bad it is or can be please don't call it just a bad flu, especially when there has been deaths with it aswell.

{Ed001's Note - I would suggest it is more none of you have a clue what flu is, because most people call a heavy cold flu. Flu can kill and will knock you off your feet for at least a week if you have it. So it is not trivialising anything to describe it as a really bad flu. The last time the world had a really bad flu pandemic was just after WW1 and that killed a lot more people than the war did.}
