John25 appreciate all the info you gave been posting lately. You've mentioned there's a desire to get a CB in and that there is perhaps a willingness to let Goldson go. I take it he's not planning on signing an extension then?

I think goldston is stringing us along and will sign a pre contract with a club in January.

Doeski is wanted by Gerrard a pre contract January hopefully if not sooner I hope.

Agree Paul. I've never been a massive fan of his but I can't doubt his robustness and his contribution last year. Would much rather cash in and get a reduced fee that can be reinvested than have players run down contracts and leave for free.
