Rangers been watching Daniel Bentley at Bristol City. Seemingly the guy quite well regarded.

@bellshill - I think so! Don't know much about him but apparently Southampton were interested in the summer (I assume as back-up) .

Kept an eye out after we were linked. Looks a solid enough keeper. For me personally I think we need to put some trust in McCrorie when mcgregor retires. Either the lad is good enough, in my opinion he is, and should be our no1 or he isn't ready and should be sent out on loan. I don't see the logic in keeping him at ibrox this season. He needs games in my opinion.

Have to remember the boy was needed for important European qualifier and old firm game. Had he been out in loan we would have had to have used Firth so for me the decision to keep him was validated as Gerrard knows Mcgregor will miss more games and we want McCrorie at least on bench when he does.
On that point I would have got rid of Firth though if we were keeping the other 3 for this season.
