Just after reading a report on ibrox news saying ronald koeman is now the favoured candidate🤔Also hearing that both lampard and knutsen not in the frame and john terry is along with gio and koeman🤔This could get very interesting fellow bears🤔I know ross wilson rates koeman from his southampton days.

Out of the 3 I feel gvb is the only option we should be going for! I don’t rate koeman and don’t think he would be the right man for the job! We would be a stepping stone for him to try get his Carter back on track and would be away at first chance he got! Terry again wouldn't be overly happy with surely the board can see gio is best option by a country mile?

Followwewill56, if we want a big name ie Koeman, Terry or even GVB they will all use us as a stepping stone. It's nothing about the club, it's playing in Scotland. GVB is my choice but let's be honest, if he does we'll he will be away to bigger leagues in the future. I can't see any manager being here from the names that are in the mix for more than 3-4 years. GVB jumped at the chance to move as a player and will do so again as manager I'm sure if the right opportunity arises.

Mic yes I agree to a certain extent but I feel we could get the 3/ 4 years out of gvb the other 3 mentioned I feel honestly a year or so and they would both be actively looking for another club, leaving us in the same situation we are in now! I don’t think koeman has done much of note in his career and lampard is a huge gamble. Gvb seem the most sensible choice I’m my eyes but we will all have our opinions!

Hell no to koeman, as a Barcelona fan for 30+ years, he destroyed a team there. If he doesn't like you, he won't play you ie ricky puig. He is clueless when team goes behind and its all an old pals act when signing players. And for me it gvb, not lampard or terry.

Not keen on Koeman but you never know how he would do until in the job. Think its let's Gio to be honest. Good age, ex player, winner as a player and manager. Ross Wilson talks a lot of sense so trust him to make the right call👍👏.

Correct Storm. Barcelona have been crumbling for years. Should have sold Messi years ago and rebuilt. Terrible fees paid out and imposters brought in on huge wages.

I've nor saw one proper report of koeman for the job anywhere. Only sires it seems to be on is the clickbait sites. Nothing I have saw makes me think he is even in the running.

These clickbait sites are exactly the same as 99% of us - no idea, guessing and speculating over a pint, working up a frenzy then posting it as gospel. Nobody knows outside the negotiating directors and the candidates themselves (if there really is more than one) what is going on or what progress has been made.
I'll wait until these people present us with the new gaffer, but I'm still on tenterhooks as there is a small chance they could still get this wrong. And since I advocated Gio before we got SG, you'll know what my heart is hoping for.
