Is the left sided centre half all dependent on Katic, Simpson and Helander moving on? I agree we need one but I’m not sure if that’ll be a priority giving the numbers of players in that position?

John25 I know you're kinda in the know just hope you're wrong on this occasion think we are making a mistake with katic but after goldson signed a new deal your prob right. Katic was always the one having to change his position to suit others like goldson even though goldson for me is shaky at best. Peoples only gripe about katic seems to be his distribution can we just not tell him not to try any long passes ? Davis seems to come back take ball off defender then pass it back to defender from like 5 to 6 yards and gets all the love ? I seem to remember a certain amoruso not having great distribution either. We desperately need a defender like katic for tougher Scottish games.

Personally i don’t think Katic will ever be good enough and he’s liked by a lot of the old guard because he’s always flying/ hard into challenges. He would suit St Johnstone or similars style of play.

yeah would love too see bothiem move pull off john think this boy looks quality and agree Berkshire all what you have mentioned needs attention and could do with geos own stamp, re katic and mccrorie both could shine again if given opportunities, but its the age old question who do they replace for that chance, keepers a hard one as really need experience and confidence between the sticks mcglaulins done no wrong
so shame too have too pick out one of them. but mccrories now at the age too become a num one and will only become better with a run of games.

Depends if its money or glory he seeks though. we were just runners up in Europe had the world chatting about ibrox and the fans ect ect the lads young enough he may see us as a perfect stepping stone to even bigger things because as it strands the other teams interested we blew away better on our euro run halland would have been at both games against us and told the lad about the games . we have a manager who's won't it all . don't understand why people are even supporting rangers when u undervalue our club so much.

I get what you guys are saying about katic but I also think that is exactly why we need him. We dropped points in the league because we failed to have a CB that attacked the ball and his defending high balls in box is a must in spl something goldson Tav barasic balogun Simpson were all lacking only helander is good in that respect.
