He looks very similar to Fashion, quick and raw tbh. I hope this doesn’t signal end for Sakala as with Wright and now Lawrence we look to have plenty of options there.
Kent’s new contract pretty much done, only a couple of minor issues to be resolved and should be announced this week.

I’d imagine him needing to play back up as Kent and Lawrence are surely our 2 picks. With wright and sakala as back up. Lowry and hagi battle for no 10.
If the French lad comes in I’d guess hagi would be off.
Is we get matondo I’d guess either wright or sakala are off. Unless sakala take striker no3 and roofe leaves with matondo backing up Kent.

I think fashion jnr will go to be honest. The alarm bells started ringing for me at the tail end of last season when we had no strikers/ limited options in attack and the wee man still warmed the bench. Very likeable tho.

Was told on here he played left or right wing and I know what your an re hagi but we do seem to be going toll people heavy if signing those 2 mentioned without moving anyone on.

We keep saying we are short of options but when we look to bring someone in, we are thinking that shoves someone out. We have lots of games so Kent, Wright, Matondo and Sakala give us cover out wide. Lawrence is not a winger and Hagi is out to at least January so I would expect he would cover attacking midfield along with Lowry and possibly another new signing . We are improving the squad and need rid of the fringe players like Simpson, Middleton and possibly either Katic or Helander .

John storm can't agreed on katic think he would give us something different and something sorely needed in spl ability to defend crosses in his own box. Helander for me always looks like an accident waiting to happen but somehow manages to get there but his injury record is another thing we can do without especially if we are going to risk it on souttar too.

I reckon its a big year for Jack . He was playing catch up after major surgery last year so the games he played were a bonus in some ways. He has to get a good pre season and then show that he can manage his issues and play week in week out. Retiring from Scotland duty would help. I don`t class him with Roofe who doesn`t seem to want to play and Helander who keeps picking up different injuries and isn`t that good anyway . Why did we sign the latter two when their injury problems were well known?
