It appears bisgrove may have been working his ticket out of ibrox from as far back as dec last year if you believe reports in some msm and online sites today i certainly believe he acted improperly leaving the mess of the stadium for bennet to sort who clearly wasn't aware of potential probs until recently.

Container costs up 250% in a year due to route problems because of current conflicts, so the contractors must have serious financial problems and may have tried to pass it on. I believe the materials are ex China from where a 40 foot container is now approx £5000 to ship and incoterms also a real pain . Insurers another serious issue for any importer . UK import costs have also shot up as has UK internal transport . Many firms in a real mess just now.
