After today i hope to the gods that the Ryan Kent rumours is true, no player has the balls to put their foot on the ball and drive us forward atleast he will offer some excitement.

Didn’t catch the majority of the game today but there’s no doubt Ryan Kent gives us something we don’t have. People will always point to his goal return but his ability to beat a man is something that we’ve missed. Part of his issue I always felt was he picked the ball up too deep and tried to dribble from there whereas under PC I think he’d be high and wide which would suit him more.

I genuinely think he’s better than what we have at the moment. No one will take a player on and we create nothing for our number 9, whoever that is. What worries me is that we only seen to change personnel when it’s not working, how about changing formation and mixing it up. Go with a 4-4-2 sometimes. Gio was the same, stuck to the same formation and had his wide men (including Kent) glued to the touchline. Not one sub that came in was better then who they replaced.

You remembering the same Kent? If he got beat in the first few duels head was down the rest of the game. Good player when he wasn't hiding, which was unfortunately too often.

He did have a poor last season or so and can see why fans are angry with him as we paid a lot of money for him with no return.
I said this recently same with Morelos and Lundstram.
But if we are talking about this current team he would walk into it no question.
That said I don’t want him back and we should move on.

So glad we have a great left winger in our squad, so that we can look down our noses and dismiss Ryan Kent.

Oh wait we have no wingers and no real attacking threat at all.

Hmm.

Rebuilding, trying to lower the wage bill but expect to have a better quality of team. the maths ain't mathing.

Plus a manager that has no style of tactics.
