If clement had any pride he would walk and take the same amount as Beale got 500k . and his backroom staff get a portion of that . But he won't because even failed managers get a big pay day as their contract demands. he will get bood at every game now which is not great for team moral. For me bringing on another failure in Yilmaz for an up and coming young player was paramount to desperation against a championship team we should be taking to the cleaners . But once again the smiling faces of those queens park players who must have thought wtf just happened was quite the spectacle . their young goallie was the star of the comedy show.

With the problems we have as a club money wise, and also finding a successful manager/ team is it not idiotic not to have a better clause in the contract of managers as this could go in for another decade. We just going to keep sacking every manager.

Deecee when those players cross the line at the start of a game the manager is not responsible for passes that miss there own player that is not the managers fault. The passing was attrocious the slow and laborious build up was back to the old days. Unlike you I would keep
PC and not just for the saving of a pay off. Cup shocks do happen, remember back to Berwick Rangers and Hamilton. We are not the only club to suffer at the hands of lower league opposition in Scotland.
Celtic and Aberdeen spring to mind.

Bluetoon the diff wad after Berwick the manager was sacked shortly after and several players were out not long after and hamilton souness was on track to win a league and cup double after years of nothing pc has had 1 full year and a few months with 3 transfer windows we are out of the title now and the cup was our last chance of domestic success do very doff situations also pc has no credit with many fans because he's resided over some awful results already.

No matter how often we change the Manager, we don't get better, probably worse. Our problems may well be with the Board who have very few men with football knowledge on Board. The football men, if there are any are not listened to. Money men rule the Board as club needs Director loans in exchange for shares to keep club afloat . This has to end as UEFA don't allow it, but that doesn't say money men will allow football people to fill Board as the former want to get money out at as good a rate as possible .
Football and manager recruitment may suffer.

The problem is finances and club structure. We have been an absolute shambles for the last wee while now, clement was just about the highest public figure at the club for almost a year.

We're not going to overtake Celtic by sacking a manager every season.

For that reason I'm still backing him.

If he was to go I'd like Steven Gerrard back.

That's all I'm saying on all that part.

But for me clement gets to stay til the summer.

One or 2 players in during the Jan window and we'd have maybe won that game. Guys playing with 2 hands toes behind he's backz.
