I second that mate. Past few weeks all we have been discussing is how great the team looks n plays and how excited we are for the next game to come along and now all this site is talking about is green, whyte etc etc. sick of reading it. Courts will decide their punishment. Let's get back to talking about our team. I was going to say 5-0 tomorrow but after all this talk about compliance officer this n that I want to take 7 or 8 off them. Someone is due a real hiding from us.

So you think we should just bury our heads in the sand and ignore the fact that the club is serious trouble? That worked out really well for us in 2012.

U can bury your head where u like mate a didn't tell u to bury anything all I said we have a game tomorrow would it not be best to talk about that instead of having a guess on what's going to happen to all the people involved!personally I think the site has been better whilst talking about the team and football rather than boardroom n off the field issues!

but if you want to bore the arse off us with talk of green and whyte etc., by all means mate am not the editor nothin to do with me I'll just go to the game tommorrow and enjoy that and won't be givin a toss what's happening off the field

Abhabh. Can you elaborate what serious trouble the club is in? As far as I know it's not, the police are looking into how the club was bought fraudulently by past owners, unsure of the ramifications are to today's current owners. Just sick of reading about this on this site. No one knows for sure what is going on, that's y people can't make daft comments about it and besides ED will remove or not allow all posts relating to speculation on the matter. Just roll on 3pm and give rovers a well deserved tanking. WATP

Abhabh- couldn't agree more mate. Unfortunately you will get dogs abuse.

Sadly too many of our fans are too stupid to see reality. That's one of the reasons we have got in such a mess in the first place.

Yes the team on the field is looking better, but considering our playing budget vs the opponents we are simply doing what we should be doing in the first place. Last season should not be used as a yardstick- it is one of the most pathetic failures in Scottish football history (among a nation of failures).

Off the field we are in serious trouble. Sorry if fans don't see this. Clubs will demand further sanctions after the court action, they can't at the moment (contempt of court). Green obtained our registration fraudulently. That is an indisputable fact and given the bitterness towards us not one that will be lost on the "sporting integrity" brigade. Further to that our club has been used as a vehicle for a massive fraud. Still can't see the problem?

Cue dogs abuse for negative Luigi for speaking the truth

Luigi: I think you'll find the main reason we have got into such a mess in the first place is a shyster buying our club, why do fellow fans point the finger at other fans as if they are in some way responsible?

Given how long it has taken for the specially trained investigators to bring charges it shows how complex it all is. Not a single person on here knows the full goings on behind the scenes and I also doubt many if any really fully understands corporate law and fraud. As far as I can tell the current accusations are at the individuals rather than the club or any of its companies. Why don't we keep the banter page for footballing banter and the financial comments to the finances page

It is not just the events of the past week that has us in serious trouble. Having said that they certainly haven't helped us. Our problems relate to our inability to raise external funds. We are living hand to mouth, relying on emergency loans to keep the lights on. Our criminal chairman isn't helping matters as his involvement will hinder our chances to gain said external funding. Without a quick resolution to these issues we will struggle to survive the season.

ABHABH: Sorry, but I don't think we will struggle to survive the season, I don't have any Philadelphia legal reason for this other than I don't think Warburton would have come without assurances re finances.

Scotjo - where do you think the money will come from to last the season in your opinion? possibly the manager was lied to? Remember Green promising Ally a £10m transfer budget? Certainly King has been economical with truth with everybody else. NOMAD lined up, share listing, over spending. Need I go on?
