Is it maybe time for Durrant to step aside and let someone else run the U20's?
My thought are torn between Miller and McCulloch.
I understand some think development is more important than winning, but winning builds confidence and the two i've mentioned were always born winners
Just thinking out loud, i often do lol.

I agree with Gs 1990,if durrranty was to be changed as our under 20 coach and I'm not saying for a minute we should make a change just now then I'd much prefer neil mccann as our under 20 coach as opposed to either kenny miller or lee mcculloch, no contest as far as I'm concerned!

. and copland 1 on loan players still turn out for under 20 games. this developement as opposed to winning is only bullshit to deny how badly the under 20's are actually doing.

I agree wee bill. At under 16 level more emphasis is placed on development over results, but by U20 level they are pushing for the first team and are beyond this "winning isn't everything" stage. If its not about winning at U20 level then what's the point?

Gs1990 I would also like to see niel McCann come to the club i'm sure he could improve players of all ages at our place, he has definetly got a footballing brain, IMHO.

Wee bill if Durant isn't doing it for the 21s can't see Miller or McCulloch doing any better, IF Durantys days are numbered I'm sure MW would have a ready replacement.

Iv not watched them play - are they losing due to tactics or lack of quality?

Just guessing but haven't we missed out on getting best youngsters in over last few seasons due to the mess the club has been in and lack of youth development plans.
