If the board are to get rid of PC then who is the SAFEST option to go for next? . my gut feeling is McInnes as he has shown he knows how to consistently beat the rest of the teams in the league. Fair enough he hasn't beaten Celtic under BR yet but who has. and look at he 'resources'. Also, this appointment would upset the season for Aberdeen who have been creating a gap between us and them.

So, question is, after that huge experimental blunder by the board who is their SAFEST option for now?

I don'tthink we can afford to bring in McCinnes. The safest option for me is McLiesh till the end of the season and would like to see Barry as his assistant

Were all forgetting one thing here. The board have no money to pay off pedro and his 3 assistants. I'd keep big JJ as he is a rangers man though and could help with transition of a new manager if we get one.

I think McCinnes is a good shout and i don't buy into this crap that he's not wonanything and he's not beat BR. Big Eck hadnt won anything and took Hibs down yet he came and won 7 trophies against the best Selik side in 40yrs including a treble then you have wee Chesney who was honking at Southampton and Coventry and got them relegated yet comes up here and wins 3 in a row
