Right i am prepared for the verbal onslaught for what i'm about to say.

Graeme Murty give the man the job. Honestly. Not just because he's won 2 games. He has got that team absolutely buzzing. But most importantly i seen his post match interview and he sounds like a Rangers manager. He knows what it takes to play for the Rangers and he can get that message across to the players.

I know some of you will shoot me down and call for mcciness or pardew or even mcleish which is your opinion and fair enough.

Thoughts?

I completely agree with you! Well said. Knows what the club's about, knows the players and won't cost a million.

IF the Board are thinking about giving it to Murty then the best thing to do is keep him in the role as Caretaker at least until Dec/ Jan as he can then have a fair crack at it and the Club is protecting ITSELF from making a decision that could go either way to be totally honest.
I like Murty but really do not think that taking the Rangers Job as his FIRST full time Top Position is a wise move.
I really do think that we require a Manager who has experience on a few levels. Murty is definitely the man to take charge of the Team for 4-5 games and I truly think that suits him.
McInnes or Wright either one of these Men will secure 2nd and both also have the SKILLS to really challenge if the funds are made available to bring in the right Players at the right time!

The players seemed to be enjoying themselves again in the Thistle match. PC did not have the backing of the players he signed and that says it all about his man management skills. Murty has restored morale and it is showing on the park. Whether this is enough to land him the job permanently time will tell. The more games he wins the better are his chances but he would need a strong right hand man like Bomber Brown to keep the dressing room in check.
