Been thinking today amid all the change and with a new manager coming in.

I’d like to see the club connect more with supporters, especially the next generation.

For example, why not have an open training session at Ibrox on a Thursday or Friday before an away game.

Let the U17’s and the development squad play home games there too, if fixtures allow and put them on at weekends or Friday nights too, if the first team are away.

I’m sure fans would come out and support. I’m think a £5 fee for adults and kids free if accompanied, plus fire in a couple of pies etc and your making upwards of £15/ 20 per fam of 4.

If you got between 1500/ 3500 or 3500/ 5000 attending, your into between £70 or £100k a time, Could be used on the stadium, on the academy or fund a few players wages.

Would give the club a chance too include the next generation and improve relations between fans and club.

Just a thought.

And the young bears club. My oldest was a member, was looking forward to signing up the younger one but it hasn't been around for years.

Covenantor I’m sure the ground staff could manage it, it’s only an extra two games, our surface is good.

I see teams like Bayern and Barcelona doing it, even teams such as Köln and Auxerre have open training sessions. Great way too keep the young bears interested.
