What do you guys think of maybe trying to get Turnbull and brophy or Turnbull and Cosgrove as t rangers think any combination of those 3 would be good signings, just my opinion. What do you think?

Most definitely i think we should be doing our utmost to sign motherwell midfielder david turnbull! This young midfielder most definitely looks the part and imo, we must now put our hat in the ring to sign him, before its too late. There's already a good few clubs sniffing around him. Brophy is a decent, big robust striker who could do a job for us. I'd prefer brophy to cosgrove, to be honest. But david turnbull is a must. He's only going to get better and better.

Why would we sign young players like Turnbull, Brophy and Cosgrove and not bring through two or three of our promising youngsters to the first team squad? After all, who thinks that any of the three mentioned (plus Hastie) would be a first-team regular? It seems that any player who has a decent game against us is targeted as a new signing! Stop it.

Need better quality to mount a serious challenge for the title
We are rangers these guys are playing at that level for a reason similar to jonny hayes situation
I am excluding turnbull from this but feel he needs another season at well.

Turnbull would be terrific signing and we would be fools if we where not interested in him this lad will go on to do very well where ever he ends up just like John Mcginn has done at aston villa.
Brohpy would be a good backup player from bench but then we have rudden hardie and mepbude that could do that job for us.

I think Turnbull is a no brainer if scores 15 goals for us his value will jump to 6 mill at least. Pay Motherwell 1.5 mill and give them grezna 6 months and Dallas/ hardie a year on loan.

Cant wait till next season. The fans dammed we sign young and hungry players. If we managed to get this CH from Oldham, then we will have Katic, rossiter, docherty, Edmuson, hastie, Jones, Jack, McCrorie, Molerals if he stays and hopefully Turnbull and Kent all 24 or under. Mixed we some great experience of Davis, Defoe, Tav, Arfield, Goldson, MCGregor, Dorrans and Murphy.
There is also some of our youth starting to push Hardie, Dallas, mluba and McPake.
Future looking good.

Doiger what do you mean "has a good game against us"? Turnbull has clearly had a good season. I'm all for promoting within the club, but if there is someone better and an opportunity there to get them then why not.

Turnbull is completely untried at top level, which is what we need, though he has done well this season. I know our youngsters are also untried at top level but I'd rather see some of our kids given a chance, otherwise what is the point of our academy? We hear rave notices about some of the young players but there seems a reluctance to give them a run out!

But DOIGER if gerrard rated turnbull better than any of our current young players for that position, then surely mate, its an absolute no brainer to go and try to sign turnbull. A lot that know the game predict that he can go all the way and is a special talent!

Turnbull was head and shoulders above everyone else around his age group coming through. He’s now doing it in the first team at a club who aren’t top 6, he’s miles ahead of what we have at the minute for his age and his progression has been outstanding. We do have a few coming through in midfield but they are a couple of years away yet from breaking into first team. Turnbull should be a priority signing and loaning Motherwell Docherty could help in the deal.

Rangers have been scouting Turnbull all season. He fancies a mouth down south and that’s from the mouth of Stephen Hammell who’s spent a few yrs coaching him.
