Based on the below statement are Hibs a new club and should they be stripped of their entire history/ honours.

Any Bydand (Hibs), Celtic or any other supporters willing to raise their heads and comment.

STATEMENT
The Board of Hibernian have announced that the majority shareholding in the club has passed from HFC Holdings - owned by Sir Tom Farmer and Rod Petrie - to Bydand Sports LLC - a new company set up for that purpose by US businessman Ronald Gordon.
