Early days, new players to bed in. Winning 2-0 at home and 0-0 away, last time I looked was a decent European result. For Christ's sake, be positive!

Yeah, it is early days but there are a couple of things we can't deny. I like Ojo but he always wants to cut in from the right giving us no crosses into the box. Arfield and Aribo are gret on the ball but are not wingers. These guys just don't provide the service for whoever plays up front. I can't remember a good chance for Defoe🤷‍♂️

We have strengthened Centre back, stayed the same in the midfield, weakened on the wings and stayed the same up front. Our weakness on the wi gs is apparent event at this early stage. Jones, Arfield, Murphy, none of these players are as effective as Kent. Ojo replacing Candeias? I posted a couple of weeks ago about Ojos willingness to track back like Candeias but he doesn't look as effective going forward🤷‍♂️

We have a chance at 55 lads but that tonight ( regardless of whether we progressed or not) was not good. We should be using tonight as momentum going into Sunday and we were rank rotten. that's a fact, not an opinion🤷‍♂️

Massive improvement needed!

I reckon Pedro would have taken that 2-leg result not long ago. Artificial pitch also didn't help and won't help on Sunday either - they should be banned. Pre-season and European games so far, 6 wins and 2 draws, 23 goals scored and 1 conceded. What a terrible team! 3 league games and a league cup game to go before we face the dark side on 1st September. Let us judge SG and the team after that game.

Ojo was class last night, him Aribo and Arfield are a class above. We should have started Morelos he causes panic amongst defences, Defoe doesn’t.

Agree Gdog. Start Morelos on Sunday and use Defoe as a super-sub. I'd like to see Docherty starting on Sunday as well, perhaps instead of Jack.

Was I watching a different game than you.
That was grass Rangers we’re playing on last night, was it not, it just hadn’t been watered.
It wasn’t a great performance but I agree with what you are saying there are more telling games to come this month, let’s judge them at then.
