As much as I like kent, I really hope it's a striker. A good out and out striker would be the last part of the jigsaw. 55 here we come.

I agree Ger4life we need another striker Defoe will not play every game and if Morelos gets injured we are left with one striker for every game I’d like to see a good Hately still striker which would give us options to go two up or when teams sit in and defend to play high balls into the box.

Good point Herewego55.We do need to sign a different type of striker to alfredo morelos and the evergreen,
sorry everblue jermain defoe. We need a big robust, good in the air striker. But you're correct mate we can't spend big or really get a striker who is a regular at a big club, as they would be 3rd choice behind morelos and defoe. No class striker would come to be a back up striker, to either of these two. We have to probably scour to find an upcoming big decent striker who's prepared and got time to bide his time.
