What's the thoughts on the impending appointment of Ross Wilson as Director of Football? He comes with a good reputation at Southampton and other clubs. Sounds good to me.

I think its a positive move. He has obviously had a decent impact at Southampton by bringing in the likes of VVD and selling him for a massive profit.
Our youth development is in a very good place just now as far as |I can see so it will be interesting to see how he builds on that as well as new signings.

Also funny as **** to hear all the tims going on about how he's still to prove himself and that's he's no great shake then a few days later they give their job to a guy that paid £13m for Oliver Burke.
