Here we go, one defeat and a boy unproven at any level above the second division of one of the poorest leagues in Europe becomes the messiah, Saviour Shankland to become Roy Of The Rangers. Give it a rest, for crying out loud, we had a bad day but I, as a supporter, trust the management and players to ensure it doesn't happen again. And I've always said we need another striker, but he has to be far better than the Messiah.

Let me tell you . I would have Shankland any time at the expense of Ojo . Jones must be worse than dreadful if he can't get on pitch ahead of Ojo .

That's like saying you'd prefer a centre half to MacGregor. The two players you mention aren't good enough, so you want to replace them with yet another one who isn't good enough? Smart thinking, Hunty boy.

Shankland is a goal scorer and a credible OPTION not a MESSIAH, maybe not the best option but still an option given our apparent budget at this point in time
Morelos was playing in the Finish league where many are part time, Vardy was playing in 7 leagues below where he is just now but oh right, according to your logic that is just not the type of player we want. P@sh pal.

Shankland is 25, if he was going to make it big he would have by now.

Why everyone is transfixed on Shankland surely there is a wee gem of a striker out there somewhere in Europe or elsewhere surely this is what Wilson was brought in to do. Problem is, it’s obvious we have no money to spend after buying Kent. This is why we won’t win the league. Group of players have been punching above their weight and have done well but it’s difficult to keep that up.
