Loads of posters seem to want SG out my question is
Who do you want in?
Do you want to risk new manager to stop 10 in a row?
I still think a lot of the malaise has to stop at the players door how can we go from 2 points behind with a game in hand to 10points behind and regardless of the game in hand have league no longer in our hands in such a short space of time?
His so called naivety and ineptitude served us well pre Christmas and yet everyone jumps on the bandwagon get him out
We don't have the depth of squad in terms of quality to Chop and change. every successful team has a core that's a constant subject to injuries etc we don't have that so it not his "favourites" that are holding us back it's Injuries to Helander Barasic Jack Tav Defoe and the inevitability of Morelos getting suspended the finances to have quality back up ain't there
It's time for the players to man up
I'm not saying SG perfect but he's not as bad as many on here make out
He has to learn to use substitutes more effectively not just like for like and for the love of god give them 20mins not 5.

@Bluebluesea. So. how long is it going to take SG to make substitutes at the right time? he's been here 18 months and not done it. Under SG he won't give people a chance. That's one of his many problems. Youth? Where? You keep playing the same team and formation and except to win. I doesn't and won't work.

Although we have different circumstances financially from the dark side, lennon would be long gone if he had results like Stevie has for us.

Given that Gerrard has had two attempts at it and failed, I would rather have someone who has proven that they can win a title rather than give him a third crack at failure.

Gio Van Bronckhorst for me. Won the Dutch league with Feyenoord who had to compete against Ajax and PSV.

As1974 that’s a huge failing no doubt but you must concede that the players must take a large amount of blame for this and as I said I hope he does learn but to bin him is madness I’ve yet to see any post giving a sensible replacement option Walter Smith isn’t it.

Face reality, Celtic have more income, more winning experience, a manager who has won the league, years of champions league entry, plenty of trophies over the last 7-8 years. Do you really expect us to demand beating them and winning the league when our income and winning experience are so inferior. Yes, we are firmly in 2nd with the rest a huge distance behind, but to overtake the Manks will take years of patient development and some luck. Booting SG out will not help the journey we are on, he is bringing in some great players, and when we get it right we are awesome, just doesn't happen as regular as we would all like. Let's believe and support, we are all dyed in the blood Gers fans.

Swagman do you honestly think we could put a package together that would entice Van Bronckhorst from Chinese Super League? We need to be real, with our finances we ain’t competing with them nor could majority of EPL
It’s a great shout one of the few that’s actually put a name out there
I can’t get my head round how after a really poor start to new year we think it’s acceptable to forget first half of season and bin the gaffer after 3 poor results thus far this year.

@Bluebluesea I do also put some blame on the players but the bottom line is mate if their not playing for you then you need to drop them. Tav for instance. Been utter garbage if we are honest but he's the captain (why I don't know) but he is a few who've been letting the team down. I don't want to only single out him. It's very clear that Stevie has his favourites. Other may disagree but he keeps overlookinhg players that would do a turn, yet he sends them out on loan or just warms the bench.
On Saturday get Stweart and Jones in the team. I hate to say it but we need to drop Morelos. His heads not in it. Or if we play Morelos go with 2 upfront. get this 4-3-3 changed. Drop Aribo and get Davis back in. Kamara isint good enough either.

Not gerrards fault, 20 odd million to spend since he's took over, not many good signings in there, no plan b, can't make a correct sub, can't seem to get the best out of players think some fault is his.

Theswagman, yip sg signed them, players he thought could win the league, but if money wasnt a problem, say for instance gerrard was giving a blank check book do you honestly think he would have signed half these players, plus he has a good enough record against celtic, the main thing is beating celtic, as they are going for 9.
