Folks, we're all angry yet about last night, but, let's not be too quick to throw the toys out of the pram yet. I'll say again think where we have come from, and the fact that we're still not out of the mire financially yet, the money we've earned from Europe thisseason circa £15-20 Million, has balanced to a great extent what we paid for these players. Steven Gerard has to take most of the plaudits for the European performances, domestically though, we have more than enough quality in our squad to be doing better, so, in my opinion, the players deserve all of the s--t that is coming their way just now, overpaid, and underperforming.

Getting rid of SG will not solve the problem of these under performing players, the Directors need to get down to the Training Centre tomorrow and kick the backsides of the whole squad, too much leniency being shown. Get the list of outgoings and position to be filled for next season to Ross Wilson now, no further reprieve for certain individuals. Outgoings I want to see are, Morelos, Arfield, Tavernier, Halliday, Jones, Barker, Davis, Goldson, Foderingham e. g., Incoming, recalls for Docherty, Murphy, contract for Kamberi, Nisbett (Dunfermline), Dykes, just to name a few. What are your opinions guys, hopefully our income from the sale of those failed players should far exceed what we would need to replace them, just an opinion guys.

We may trail the Mhanks but we are comfortably ahead of 3rd and 4th by a much wider margin than previous seasons. We have 2 old firm games and the European tie to look forward to, oh, and the game in hand. With a nice run we get closer to them, if not we start building towards next seasons challenge. Over the season we have shown some really good form, just inconsistency that's hurting us.

Hi John, most certainly I'm looking be a top six team, the players I named are failures to my way of thinking, the recalls, know the league, and are younger, who we buy to replace those mentioned in outgoings, I'm not sure TBH. John in essence what I'm driving at is to get more Scottish based hardened players in, and balance that with two maybe 3 higher quality individuals that will be more creative, I would also contract Haji. Just a throw out for discussion.

1. If the Board is backing Morelos, then he becomes bigger than the club.

2. No Manager in their right mind will take the job if the Board are backing a player rather than the Manager under these circumstances.

I am not criticising you for posting the rumour, rather making my observations on it,

We are trailing a bang average Celtic side. Open your eyes. Lots trying to paper over the cracks with the "look were we where" and "we are better off than this point last season". Call a spade a spade. We have been woeful since winter break and that lies with management as well as the players. But at the end of the day, the management picks these players to play. Should teach some of them a lesson now and bring the youth in. I'm sure they will welcome the opportunity to pull that Jersey on.

The Board will not back Morelos at the expense of SG. Not only does SG have the moral and legal high ground, he is actually honouring the history and traditions of our club. We all know Morelos leaving in a few months, let’s get him back in he team and maximises his exit value.

If Tav had any decency about him, he would hand in the Cpt Armband . We will never win anything as long as he is Captain, Lead a team, my God he can't even header the ball back . An absolute joke for a Captain . I heard SG interview last night and he said the dressing room was full of leaders, was he in the Hearts dressing room. Can't think of 1 in the rangers dressing room. The team is full of imposters who are now getting caught out .

John25, agree with that. Time for DOF to prove he is a team player and his mettle and work to maximise exit value of Morelos in the summer. International matches coming up, quite easy to create pathway for Morelos to redeem his behaviour and max his exit value.

I'll tell you what Paul, the 3 players I mentioned would score more goal between them than what we're getting at the minute, I also said in my post to supplement them with 3 higher quality players. We don't have the cash to splash as it stands, we have to toughen up or we'll never win anything up here, and that means big strong players up front to rumble up these packed defences.
