Well we got 3 points from Ross County, albeit the signs are still there domestically that more points will be dropped, unconvincing considering we put 3 past them in dingwall at the end of October with relative comparative ease 🤔 on a positive note nobody injured for the Bayern game, although no surprises there Huh 🤔 part of me can’t help feeling that the club and fans are divided in terms of demands, it’s becoming obvious to me that Europe and getting europa money is more important to the club than anything and domestic success is more important to the fans 🤔 it certainly would explain a lot, it would just be nice for them to come out and admit that’s what’s going on and that’s why our shortcomings domestically are somewhat defended, it would also explain why the players seem to think it’s ok to play garbage 🗑 in the league and cup, just seems to me they’ve all been told europa success is the protocol 🤔 well no point doing anything than getting right behind europa success more than ever now, it’s as good as our only competition left, it’s a good chance for more badly needed finances, But all in all it’s the best way to stick it to Celtic with hope of domestic success fading gradually like a mediocre 1-0 victory at dingwall, sorry for not celebrating mediocrity, only thing this rangers team has proven all season is that your budget means nothing unless the players put the work in, let’s hope they take that attitude to the Bayern game 🤔.

Let's not get beyond ourselves. Bayern are in the Champions League last 16. It's Bayer we're playing.

I don't think we have any other option but to prioritise the area we are playing in which will bring in up to 10 times what we would earn domestically. Don't get me wrong, it will be terrific when we lift that trophy again, but, in the meantime let's not put ourselves in a position where the rest of the teams get the opportunity to send us to Elgin and places like that again on league duty.

So you are basically saying the players have been told to go out and play garbage domestically? Absolute nonsense mate.

Every Saturday, that's not what I'm saying at all, would you have preferred us to not be in Europe, and win the league and pocket £3 Million, our Club is only getting better financially because of playing in Europe, and the money we are making from it, this will avoid (hopefully) the need for further soft loans and, borrowing from Close Brother e. g. I want to win the league as much as anyone, but I wouldn't throw stupid money at it, and bankrupt ourselves, we cannot compete with Celtic financially at this time, because of our previous overspending, and our years in the wilderness of the lower leagues. I know a lot of people won't agree with this point, but, if we want our Club to survive we must get our finances stabilised very soon, hopefully this incoming investment, and board reshuffle mentioned today will help us get towards this quickly.

My post was for the main poster, not yourself.

Incidentally, I couldn’t agree with your post anymore. Some folk on here think we should stop 10 at all costs but Europe is where the money is. I’d rather we were on a solid financial footing but I’m not buying for a minute that we have been dreadful domestically under instructions.

Thanks Everysaturday, I just feel there's too much emphasis on this 10, yes, none of us want them to get it, but not at any cost.
