Laudrup, look at these numbers, 20, 16, 29, 17, 15, 30, 9, and 9. That is the margin by which Celtic have won the league the past 8 seasons. You were there for the 20, the 30 (where you were actually 39 behind), the first 9 (where you were 12 behind) and last season's 9.

Currently you between 10 and 13 points behind with 8 games to go. Arguably Aberdeen give us more competition over that time period than you do in that they have been second in two of the three seasons since your promotion. Motherwell were closer with 16 than you were in 2012 and 2017. It's rather assumptious to believe you gave us any more "competition" than anyone else. I don't know if we're disillusioned but if I was you I'd be embarrassed with those pitiful stats.

Meantime as I've said before Allan Wells won Moscow gold in a time that wouldn't get him near the final now, do you dispute you can only beat what is put in front of you? Or is your arrogance of such a level that if you aren't in it then it doesn't count? Third question, can you really describe being 39 points behind including being cuffed 5-1 home and away as any form of competition?
