It should happen but probably won't, but in any other country if they had a total baffoon like neil doncaster limping from one crisis to another and the way him and his spfl cohorts are handling it, they would be sacked long ago! The way he's handled the full scottish football crisis that's most definitely threatening to rip scottish football apart, is so amateurish and his threatening of clubs should be dealt with by the body which of course is the top brass at each individual club. There is corruption, whether they like it said or not, that's what it is, along with being inept at his/ their jobs and really need dismantled! No wonder we don't have a sponsor for the scottish premiership! I hand ✋ on heart 💓 hope hearts and partick thistle take this clown 🤡 doncaster and his corrupt sidekicks all the way and win their case, even if it means ripping scottish football from a******e to earhole! We need a massive shack up and change within the spfl big style. This guy doncaster is now sending threatening letters out to clubs again, trying to force the issue of them backing him and his cronies against the legitimate case of fair play regarding hearts, thistle and stranraer. He needs his commuppence and taken down and i really do hope it happens. He's doing the bullying all over again, why can beaks and the top brass like the sfa not see this? This sfa ceo ian maxwell has to act or do something here! Get doncaster out before its unretreiveable! It may already be too late!

the sfa are as corrupt as the spfl, you will never get rid of doncaster because he is backed by too many of his cohorts, hearts will not win the case in court the judges will throw it back to the league as he won't have any jurisdiction to interfere in the leagues rules it is a football matter to be dealt with nothing else, don't get me wrong here sgl i would like nothing more than to see that creep doncaster and his motley crue booted out on their arses, i really hope i am wrong here but i won't hold my breath.

with all processes considered the courts do have power over the league. its a business! overseeing an uncompleted sporting event. absolutely they can. but will they?

Precedents in the UK with the English leagues being allowed to complete their season. English/ Scots Law is all about precedents.
