This immediate win/ you've got two seasons mentality not great for club or dressing room. This may lead to three managers in five years with obvious changes in staff etc. Club can't afford that. I think time wise SG deserves three seasons, at least, and more if showing signs of success.

So do you think if wee won scottish cup and didn't win league gerrard would keep his job? for me i would say yes but at same time i want a plan b this coming season and maybe a differnt option upfront is the answerto that.

For me it would depend on the manner in which we lost (if we lost the league) . Run them very close with significant improvement/ development in the players then yeah he should keep his job. If its another season of being double figures in points deficit and the players still aren't learning from their mistakes then I would definitely part company.

I don Think he would survive 3 years, and even more I don’t think he would even contemplate giving Lennon the opportunity of a four title against him.
