Does anyone else think we won’t sell Morelos in this window?

I actually don’t think these guys have been brought in to replace Morelos, but to supplement him.

Roofe is not going to play 60 games per year due to his history with injuries and Itten for me seems like another option like Kamberi.

I think he will keep Morelos and possibly play 2 up top in some games.

Time will tell!

I think he’s gone, on current form Morelos will not be in the side with those two brought in, his value is on the way down and will only go further down as long as it continues like it is. Love the guy but his time is up as a rangers player and it’s better that way for him and us. Fresh challenge for us both.

Zikos, cedric itten is miles more prolific a goalscorer than flo kamberi mate, streets in front of him. I'm a massive fan of morelos but he wants to leave and there's no doubt in my mind now he will leave if rangers valuation is met. Gerrard will play 1 striker through the middle flanked by our 2 attacking no.10's. I don't think gerrard will waver from his preferred system.

I agree with your comments on itten and Roofe but think Morelos is on his way out. I am not sharing the same optimism as others on here, because although Roofe is an excellent player he is injury prone and question is, will he stay on the park. Itten I will reserve judgement on have not seen enough of him to decide. Looking at this another way, we have lost a £17m striker and replaced him with a £3m striker one of which is injury prone, but fingers crossed.

Morelos will leave this window if acceptable valuation offer received. Really hope he plays and does well in Germany tomorrow.

If we brought in one striker then you would expect alfredo to stay but Roofe and Itten on the same day, Really think thursday will be alfredos last game. wouldn't be suprised if the deals done, and they have asked for the transfer to go through after tomorrows game.

SGL, from what I’ve seen he doesn’t look like anything special, no where near Morelos’s level and certainly not a first 11 player.

With that in mind, if Morelos leaves then it would leave us only Roofe as our first pick striker and like I said he isn’t playing 60 games per year.

Just a thought, but I don’t think he will be sold in this window and if he is then I think we will buy another striker.

I think Itten has been brought in as plan B it to play 2 up top and if that’s the case then again we need more strikers.

He'll need to adapt his system at times coop otherwise he'll lose us the title. I think Gerrard can't wait to get rid of morelos to be honest. 👍.

I'm really not getting where the feeling that Roofe is injury prone is coming from . He did pick up an injury last season, which along with C.V. restricted his appearances, but looking at his record over the previous 5 seasons, he is averaging almost 40 games a season, not something an injury prone striker could manage.

SGL he’s far more prolific than Kamberi? Their records are pretty much identical over the last 5 yrs so how can he be far more prolific? From the very little to nothing I and we know about him he looks like he can be improved and coached into a better footballer but to say he is far more prolific is wrong. “Currently” he’s not and stats back that. He did have a better year last season 100%.

Just going by the last 2 years ride has had serious injuries which has limited his game time.

People saying Slfredo will be leaving because we have brought in 2 strikers but we have already let Kamberi leave all be it a loan deal.

So that’s 2 out 2 in - I fail to see how we have strengthened unless Morelos stays. Fingers crossed he stays.
