Right guys. new signings in and most of us delighted, maybe another couple still to come in as window goes on.

So to that end which players Ibrox time has come to an end this summer to make squad space and free funds whether it be loans or perm moves.

I think a lot are available and even the ones we all have soft spots for that some feel have never had a fair crack.

I'm sure we'd do ok without them. Their wages are also probably more. Rossiter was on 10 k a week. The players coming in are a great improvement than the ones we can afford to lose.

Rossco, agree there are a lot of wages that could be freed up. I think Murphy is a much higher earner than 9k though, he can from the prem and was a sort of marquee signing back then. I hope I’m wrong though but I think he would be on more.

Like everyone else my options would be get rid off jones murphy Barker Stewart etc but all can play same positions so can see 2 going possibly on loans or sales and 2 staying for cover but upgrades needed on whoever stays as all 4 not rangers class.

True blue it may be a factor that if we get rid of the majority we might still see Skov Olsen or similar arrive before end of the window although I do think Roofe is maybe instead of him for now.

Jenkins the gaffer has just stated in pre match press conference that both the new signings can play in our current system at the same time. Which means Roofe would go in the right 10 role. I have no doubt he will play the 9 but he won’t always especially if Itten hits the ground running.

I agree coully 👍The more natural no.9 centre forward between our 2 new signings is indeed itten. Roofe isn't an out and out goalscorer and can play anywhere along the forward line.

Yes as a development fee I think. If he does not come good hopefully we get money back. This guy could not get a game at Rotherham.
