A wee thanks to yourself John25, for giving me and many other fellow bears on here,
the info on that kieran mcguire podcast regarding our finances on YouTube 👍I found it superb mate and proved that it isn't as bad as some would have/ want you to believe, ie. guess who 🤔👀? Cheers again mate 👍.

I'm going to give this a watch👍.

Its pretty simple to be honest, the investors are investing short term to build a product that will be self sustainable from european income and other markets abroad in terms of merchandise. The castore retail deal is obviously pivotal. However should the champions league be unreachable then we will eventually have to cut our cloth to suit. I don't feel that we have to sell in the next window but its not scare mongering as you put it coop to realise that we will have to sell. Our model is to buy low sell high. The champions league group stages would be the gold mine. 👍.

Well done on that info John .
A great asset to this forum .
If the Isle of Mull is around it might be a good read for him as the guy was always having nightmares about our finance, although still celebrating our wins (due to our current business model ) I may add.
Thank you Mr King . never forget or forgotten.

Thanks sgl. It puts a lot into context. Particularly from someone not connected to our club.

You can always trust John25 to post sense and point the uninformed in the right direction. 👍.

Hi John, I watched it myself last night after you had posted, and just like his newspaper interview, the guy came across very well and put across a professional, balanced and credible breakdown on how this is not all doom and gloom that certain quarters are making it out to be.
Guy's like Kieran who have no agenda and who specialize in this are the ones we should listen to, not buzz the bum or phil mcgobs@#*e!

Coldo every club will sell if its an offer they can't refuse and that's what ross wilson was brought in for.
Finding talented players nurturing them with gerrard and his backroom team into better players, eventually selling them on for big profits and then finding the next talent to take his place. It is SCAREMONGERING at the minute, for some to suggest we NEED to sell one of our better/ most sought after players in january, which indeed is definitely not the case in the short term! Of course we are a selling club if we believe the offer is correct for our club, the player in question and all parties, that goes without saying mate 👍.

I really enjoyed the podcast from Kieran mcquire John25 👍.

9.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 15:16:32
Coldo, it is SCAREMONGERING to suggest we have to sell a top player in january though mate 🤔Thats what i'm saying! Surely to god all bears know that we're a selling club when everything is right and all the parties are happy. Its a conveyor belt and we go and nurture the next young talent, sell him and so on!

24 Nov 2020 15:58:22
I undoubtedly believe we have a good few prize assets in our squad ATM 👌
I happen to think that ryan kent is our most prized asset and will eventually be sold for a fee north of £20million, IMHO! The wee man will only get better and better and we may get that dredded offer come the summer for kent, that we just can't turn down. Then of course it would be entirely up to kent and his new agent, his brother casper, if they want to go to the buying club in question 🤔He's an extremely talented footballer, so he is and unfortunately is going to attract massive interest!

11.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 16:42:29
I never mentioned January coop. I said we don't need to sell in the next window. I said its not scare mongering to realise that we will have to sell at some point as this is our business model and will help us become self sustainable. 👍.

12.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 16:43:24
Unfortunately the champions league is tough to qualify for year in year out, this can't be a trusted area for revenue imo.

Anyone think Kennedy should be on the bench on Sunday.? A few goals up bring him on.

14.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 16:52:42
Coops, looks like your having a conversation with yourself. You are correct no one will be sold in January, unless can find a buyer for the likes of Jones, and likely 2 players will be sold in the Summer. I would say most likely Morelos and Barasic. Expect Kent to be at Ibrox for next 18 months.

15.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 17:21:38
I agree with coldo on this one and it’s not like me at all.
I haven’t seen anyone say we need to sell in jan.

I haven’t seen this video but will have a look.

16.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 17:22:51
Correct sweep. 👍.

17.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 17:26:36
Efriar Kennedy is at inverness.

18.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 17:43:22
I hope you're correct bankie and kent remains a rangers player for at least the next 18 months 🙏
Coldo, january is the next window mate and the reason i mentioned january in the first place, was because some on here reckoned after the realease of our £15.9million loss from our accounts, that we would need to sell a top player in january 🤔 I only then suggested its SCAREMONGERING to assume we'd need to sell one of our top players in january and it is SCAREMONGERING if anyone assumes we do need to mate,
quite simply!

19.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 18:41:53
This is not a rumour but the opinion of an ex director, so no different from most on here.
He reckons our model is good, it is his view Morelos and kamara will go for close to 30 million.
He says we r working very hard to bring in Lundstrum, Murphy on bosmans as January signings
He also reckons that one more top name would come in as a centre forward, it is his opinion that the man wilson is absolute key to what we do.

McGuire isn’t really saying anything that Dave King hasn’t been saying since he took control.

We were never an overnight fix - a 5 year project to achieve sustainable success was always the plan but too many fans refused to buy into the plan and doubted Kings credentials.

Look at some of the responses on here since the results were announced - some still think our board are charlatans.

We have the same issue with sunshine supporters who could not see the bigger picture, threw in the towel after 6 games this season, wanted our manager and captain sacked and will no doubt be full of doom and gloom when we lose two games in a row.

I have ranted many times that supporters should support through thick and thin and that we have been on the right upwards path (with bumps) since SG was installed as manager.

24 Nov 2020 19:15:26
Ross Wilson is certainly making his presence felt at Ibrox, and so far, he's ticking all the boxes.
I can't remember where, but there was am article on Ross Wilson where someone was waxing lyrical about the job he is doing. The article also mentioned his predecessor, and highlighted the differences in the way the two of them go about their work praising Wilson, but saying Mark Allen was more interested in getting himself in the papers crowing about what he's done, or what he's going to do.

22.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 19:18:06
Agree DK19, hopefully more supporters get it now.

23.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 19:23:31
John25,if you don't mind me asking mate, did the ex director say anything regarding ryan kent being possibly sold in the summer 🤔I assume he was meaning the summer for morelos and kamara being possibly sold for the £30million mate 🤔.

24.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 19:24:54
Gus57 stated we'd need to sell in january! Did you just scroll past that 🤔😁.

25.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 19:41:37
No he did not say anything re Kent or barisic. It was more about the Kieran McGuire report our discussion was centred on. Moves were for summer.
And our poor golf.

24 Nov 2020 19:46:11
Dk good response, I always said king was in as the Rottweiler to rid the club of certain individuals.
I thank him for that.
Guys like wolthardt, Scott and Gibson, have more finesse and contacts in Asia to move us to next level.
I sincerely hope we bring Mr King back to unfurl flag for 55.

Has anyone heard from Isle of Mull. I hope he and his family are in good health in these difficult times.

28.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 20:34:57
Agree John25, King came in and sorted out the mess caused by others. I believe we owe him so much. Let’s get ready for Benfica now.

29.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 21:11:51
My sentiments also John25 🤞I hope isle of mull and his family are safe and in good health from this terrible, aggressive virus 🙏I hope everyone is in good health and can stay clear of this virus. I work around it and unfortunately have had it myself. It's a terrible virus i can assure everyone 👎 There's a helluva lot of people who've unfortunately passed away with this virus and others hospitalised with it, which was much worse than me and i felt terrible the strain i had, in trying to fight it off. I still feel the effects of having it 👎.

30.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 21:21:42
This is not a new thing vital been in place for some time now, I know kieron vaguely from my dealings with his university dept, i'm not aware of anyone saying Rangers had to sell in jan, but they have to sell at some point, as do celtic and most other clubs, this is the model, nothing new, but the proper people are in the correct departments now and proper business footing has been implemented some time ago, and the buying of the right types of playing staff is a major part of that, but I would fully expect Rangers to cash in on at least 2 players next summer, i don't see any players doing a " Tierney.

31.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 21:43:27
SGL terrible aggressive virus You do know that it has a 99.96% survival rate don’t you?

32.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 21:58:57
Ask the ED, for all those who didn't read or see, that some on here posted that with the loss we may need to sell one of our top players in january 🤔ED, can you please enlighten if some did say this mate?
I can assure you i posted yesterday on some assumptions that we would probably need to sell in january but some never seen or read it, mmmmm😂.

{Ed033's Note - yes, some did say this.

33.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 21:59:36
What's wrong with you KJA9 🤔You don't need to try and educate me on what this virus does to people and the devestation it causes their families! What are you honestly all about and i would post more to what i really do think of you, but the ED would ban me and probably wouldn't pass it on the first place. You go and say that to families that have lost loved ones! I've looked on at what this virus does, so don't ever call me out on it pal and that's as polite to you as i'm willing to be!
I really need to bite my lip here ED with people like this character.

34.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 22:08:14
Kj, please don't retort to you being " picked out" but you have stated this so many times that its shocking, 99% survival eh? Over 50 million deaths, and climbing rapidly, many millions suffering life changing after effects forever, hospitals around the globe at breaking point, nurses doctors and staff falling by the sword daily, and yet someone actually says 99% survival rate, not for those 50 million though eh mate? Or the hundreds in scotland living with terrible sickness forever, absolutely shocking, but with a survival rate of 99,9 % why worry, sorry mate, as a man whos wife and necessary are nurses, I find it shocking, and I would like to add i was told today that a guy who used to work with me is on z Vent, with C.V. pneumonia, still he must have a 99% chance then eh.

35.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 22:36:46
KJ are you for real?

36.) 24 Nov 2020
24 Nov 2020 22:56:43
KJ, time to wise up mate.

The facts and figures quoted by the ONS about survival rates, average mortality age (82), false positive results etc are clearly wrong because people on here know better.

As for the death rate in the U. K. over the past month being lower than the 10 year average - no relevance cause my mate Jimmy knows someone who’s neighbour heard differently

52% of deaths in care homes - can’t be true so do t even go there.

Everyone entitled to an opinion unless it’s the wrong one in which case the likely lads will shoot you down, call you names and question your sanity.

37.) 25 Nov 2020
25 Nov 2020 07:32:24
50 million deaths Tom? 😳
Are you for real posting that nonsense?
1.5 million deaths worldwide in 190 countries.
59 million positive cases workdwide.

38.) 25 Nov 2020
25 Nov 2020 16:38:55
The more you read into C.V. and research it the weirder it gets 1🤔 seems to have slashed the number of cancer deaths amongst other things. figures are so fudged its unbelievable.

39.) 25 Nov 2020
25 Nov 2020 20:52:47
Tom Thumb, 1.5 million people have died worldwide, not 50 million.
