We dominated a match we played poor in.
16 attempts on goal, but only 5 on target.
41 crosses into the Motherwell box.
58 touches in the opposition box.
75 passes into the opposition box.
73% possession.
I can only remember 2 decent crosses into the box all game - the Morelos header just past the post in the first half and the Itten goal second half.
We're needing to shoot more on site instead of looking for the perfect goal.
But stats don't win games - it's about creating quality chances.
It's about our flair players being up for it - Hagi, Kent and Aribo.
It's about Kamara being more dominant in midfield.
It's about our defence being more switched on.
And it's about the team knowing nothing has been won yet.
We have a boot on the Tims throat and we let them breathe again slightly after today's result.
But. We are still unbeaten.
We stretched our lead back up to 21 points.
It's onwards and upwards to next week now.
