According to the radio clyde SSB tonight celtic have agreed a pre-contract to sign preston left centre half ben davies 🤔So like i said anyway around a week ago, it's definitely true gerrard isn't interested in signing ben davies! Gerrard and ross wilson obviously prefer the bournemouth left sided centre half jack simpson and i'll trust them on their decision 👍🇬🇧.

Bournemouth tried to sign Ben Davies whilst Eddie Howe was still in charge. Might be a wee hint that Howe will be the next Celtic manager.

MOCBear, a few of my newcastle utd pals from down there told me tonight that they're hearing again, that eddie howe is replacing steve bruce as the new newcastle utd manager 🤔
They also told me that they've been told that frank lampard was mentioned in some quarters, but they believe he's possibly going to celtic 🤔I can't see frank lampard becoming the new celtic manager right enough 🤔They're hearing down there that lampard and benitez are heavily linked with the manky mobs manager job 🤔.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility but I would be surprised if either Benitez or Lampard took the Celtic job. Lampard although saying he had a preference for Rangers many years ago that wouldn't put him off taking the Celtic job but I think his ego might. He must have been on 200k a week and able to spend hundreds of millions on players. With other EPL jobs likely to open up soon I would think he would hold on for those. Again, with Benitez I just don't think his own ego allows him to come to Scotland. I might be wrong on both but out of the 2 I would prefer them to get Lampard. he's had 2 and a half years in management total and is still learning his trade. Benitez is a top class manager and Celtic will have pulled off a massive coup if they got him.

Tomthumb12,i'm only sharing what i heard on clyde SSB and what a few of my geordie buddies were telling me nothing more mate and that's what this site allows us to do 🤔KJA9,i did say its not about celtic on here regarding results if you care to remember my friend! I said its all about how we do! The only way i brought up celtic was because yourself and few others when i posted rangers weren't interested in signing ben davies, didn't actually believe the story 🤔So that's why celtic came up last night as we all now know gerrard isn't interested in him as he's going to the manks! Thus why we're signing jack simpson 🤔
