This is not a rant but there is a deep rooted problem in the team somewhere winning this league title papers over the cracks in my opinion Rangers struggle to see out matches when they matter like Hamilton just look at st mirren and the cup final vs Celtic I could go on but they seem to fall apart in vital moments in a match like they cannot see out a win I'm not saying they bottle it maybe it's becouse they haven't won a trophy before the majority of that team gerrard is at fault for today poor game management I'm not blaming him for everything but there is a problem there somewhere maybe someone else can figure it out I think they lack know how and how to win ugly if you notice we go on good runs then they grind out results which is all good but one match in ten they just callapse like there a bottom six team my theory it's becouse they haven't tasted real success yet and don't have the experience to know how to deal with these games but on the bright side the gap is still big and I'm certain we will see a reaction for the next 3 or 4 games by then the league is over every time this blip happens we win our next few games.

Rangers661, "papers over the cracks" and "deep rooted problem"? Wtf, we are unbeaten in the league this season, conceding only 8 goals along the way and scoring a barrow load. We haven't been at our best for a few weeks but otherwise we have been brilliant this season in the league. The scary thing for others in the league is that there is room for improvement and we will improve.

look lads how many times have you seen it, trying to run the ball up the park in the last few minutes to protect a 1-0 lead, its always predictable they get the ball near the box but not one of them will even attempt to try a shot, on 5 occasions in todays match the done it and as usual lose the ball, and tha was in the last 5 or 6 minutes, no wonder our nails are down to our knuckles, before this season is over if it continues i will be on my toenails next.

A ludicrous post and certainly not very well thought out in terms of how to get you’re point across, I do however see where he’s coming from in terms of throwing away points unnecessarily quite a few times now. Cup final doesn’t count that was last season but in this season alone we’ve done it a few times now. I think we need a better defensive midfielder to come on and play as a 3rd centre half/ mf sweeper to help see out tight games. Hate to say it but Mccrorie was that type of player. However we’re currently breaking records every other week it’s been a tremendous season and a great joint effort by players coaches board and fans (and sponsors) to get us to where we are today. Ur a crackpot. We've only dropped points in the league 4 times and are on course for 55 in record time. Let's get it done and u watch this squad go once we win the 1st piece of silver.

There are a number of concerns when you consider that we could lose Kent, Morelos and Kamara in the summer. Add to that the fact that neither Davis or Arfield is getting any younger. That is five players that we would potentially need to replace with players that are as good or are better than those mentioned. At present, for some positions our squad is not that great interns of quality. We saw that today with Morelos and Defoe out and Roofe rested. Itten won't win us trophies. We saw it in midfield with Davis and Jack rested. If Zungu is the best we can bring in then we really do have problems. For me we also still lack leadership and winners on the pitch. I can only hope that we have identified the right players to bring in come the summer. The time to build and bring in better players is when you are winning. We certainly can't sit back and not improve the squad or we could struggle next season.

Rangers661 what a ludicrous statement to make. We've played 28 games and lost 4 and we have had a few 1 nils so where is tge struggle to see games out. Today was a lapse. Not a good performance and 3 mistakes led to their goal. 1 tav and bb too far up field. 2 Davis should just take the winger out as soon as he gets wrong side and 3 helander ducks when Anderson gets header on target when he should jump and clear the header even for a corner. The player who scored is unmarked because bb caught upfield as already covered in first mistake. So yes bad mistakes today but I wouldn't say we've struggled to see games out all season when we've only dropped points in 4 games and those were draws. Some of the negativity by rangers support is outrageous.
