What's the chances of us getting John Fleck back in the next few seasons? Think he would be perfect to replace Steve Davis, before anybody goes on about him not being as good I'm not saying he is.

"In the next few seasons" SGL, 18months time he will be available on pre contract. I see the similarity in getting an ex Ger back for the last few years of his career and plays a similar game to Davis. Looked good when iv seen him play so would be worth a shout.

3 players is hardly a rebuild though SGL. Anybody that thinks it's good business sense to keep an injury prone forward like Roofe and a 39 year old like Defoe on 65k a week has no business sense.

I would definitely want Defoe off the players books heard he’s on 30k a week
Roofe I’m starting too think too injury prone and If we can recoup our money I’d take it in summer
Hagi if good offer comes in I’d take it also he’s not the stand out he’s been made out to be or maybe just not my type of player

So with them and and a few others like JJ and Edmondson and have already stated think helander is replaceable if money we got was right

think we need better goi g for champs league and that’s where our club will make real money to help the books if we can get there and we can get good offers on the players mentioned bar Defoe?

I think Stevie G and Beale and Wilson have a better business sence than any of the would be fantasy managers on here sweep . Considering they have raised the value of our squad tenfold I think the board will be listening to them and not our narrow minded opinions .
We do not know the positivity Defoe brings behind the scenes, but by all accounts it’s massive and his standards are a reflection of the managers in the dressing room.
The way the team celebrated in the dressing room ( if you recall ) by singing JDs song says it all with how high he is regarded.
