Not that I want it to happen but if we're looking to sell for huge profits I see 5 players in Morelos Tavernier Helander Kamara and Barisic. Leave Kent and Hagi out of the equation, Aribo too. We have players waiting in Patterson, Bassey Maxwell and Itten. Itten I rate highly. I reckon we could bank close to a hundred million.

I know kfraser as our board have stated, we need to sell one, probably two of our best players, for big transfer fees, but we can't also sell too many at the one time 🤔We have to make money by player trading/ selling, but we must also for obvious reasons keep the majority of our winning, built up squad together for the football side of things 🤔A happy medium, is what we're looking for here and we need to be careful the way we go about it guys 🤔.

Correct both guys. We have to manage players trading very carefully, for me easier to replace would be tav, hagi or kent.
If we get into group stages next two years it would be massive, but still time to try improve the menu.
Already end off 22 season we could lose, Defoe, Davis, McGregor, arfield, balogun.

Don’t see 100 million on those 5 lucky to get 50, not about under selling just in current climate, Scottish league and no champions league experience, lowers the price.

Fair point coops but we have great back up centre backs in Goldsun Katic and Edmondson. Katic will be a Croation first team player. That just means we have to buy to replace Kamara. Would be great to see a young Scottish talent whoever that maybe. Need more Rangers players in the Scotland team.

I believe and hope I'm right that gers board will not sell any1 before our champions league fate is determined. We are gaurenteed conference league football in Europe next year if we don't make cl or Europa league and hope board will help fund 1 more season before bug player sales as 56 may bring gaurenteed cl group stage football the following year.

Itten i don't think will ever be our 1st choice striker. and i don't see him being around long. I am also still a bit unsure on bassey. If all the players u mentioned were sold we would definitely have to buy replacements.

I agree with Supercoop. We can't be selling too many players all in one go. Let Celtic rebuild from scratch for next season but we don't have to and we shouldn't do. OK, if offers come in for say Morelos and Barisic, consider selling them for upwards of £25 million in total but we do have Itten, Roofe, Defoe and Kent. Barisic might be hard to replace but we have Bassey and maybe even Patterson could play at left back? When I played amateur football (many years ago) for Dundee Downfield I was a right back and centre half, but though right-footed could also comfortably play at left back if required. Add a couple of players and also of course we have Wright and Simpson. Don't panic Captain Mainwaring!

Kja91 great first touch and a real aerial threat. When our fullbacks put good crosses into the box it's basically a waste of time into Morelos Roofe and Defoe. Itten can header the ball like a Johnstone Parlane Mcoist and Hateley. First touch to me is always a measure of a footballer and Itten has scored a couple of cracking goals. No mug if he plays for Switzerland a top team but he needs more game time and not the bench.

I remain to be convinced about Itten and if we sell Morelos then I believe that we will need to bring in a similar style of striker. I don't see Roofe as an out and out striker and if Defoe stays then I suspect that he will have similar game time to this season and I just don't see Itten as a McCoist, a Stein or a Hateley. In terms of selling to balance the books, if the rumours of €15m for Hagi are true then he could be the one to go. At this stage I would want to hold on to Barasic since I don't believe that we have anyone ready to replace him and I certainly wouldn't want to lose Kent or Morelos unless we are offered silly money. Worryingly, I can see Kamara moving and that will leave us short in midfield given Davis age and Ryan Jack's injury problems. It is going to be an interesting summer since I believe that we need to strengthen our squad if we are to progress in Europe and retain the League.

Its not that I don't rate them KJA9, I just think we have better players than them who are more important going forward. Kamara davis Jack are better than aribo in midfield and wright so far looks a better option on the right than both. 15-18mil for both I'd be delighted👍.

Coisty had 2 great headers in his career, but dj and hately along with Gough and butcher were fantastic headers of the ball, I’ve always put do up with kempes as the finest header I ever seen.

Coldo both are young and have potential to get a lot better so I think it would be a mistake getting rid of both one of them yeah but not both.

Also Jack I think maybe finished because of this injury and if he does play will not be constantly game after game.
Davis has one maybe two years left at best so I think getting rid of both young players would be a mistake.
