Absolutely TT, who the heck cares what that life and soul of the party Kennedy says. I must admit, I was surprised when the Club appealed the punishments TBH, but as someone else has said it's about time we bit back against the treatment we've accepted for years from the SFA and Scottish Football in general.

Yes I agree that the SFA haven't always got it right, with regards to C.V.. However C.V. is an exceptional circumstances that is one of these things, that you try and learn from your mistakes and is a very difficult thing to class every breach as the same.

So for the benefit of some of you Tim's that visit our site. Let's look at some of the cases and statements between the 2 clubs.

Firstly we have Christie and Patterson. Kennedy comes out and states that regardless of the player and his ability and importance to the team. Responding to SG comments on Nathen Patterson. This shouldn't impact of the SFA decisions. didn't his club try to get Christie's 14 day isolation overturned because he was a crucial part of the team.

Boli boli. Went to another country that was on the red flag list. Returned (no test) trained with his team mates and played against Killy. Result 5 game ban 3 suspended. Had we went with the correct procedures all the Celtic team and killy team should have isolated for 14 days. Did this happen. No.

Helander goes on international duty. Tests positive for C.V.. No contact with any of our players, told to isolate 14. Correct procedures put in place.

Ping ping flies a girlfriend in from another red flag country. SFA no action. Club allowed to deal with internally.

Griffiths has party. No action from club or SFA. Allowed to play and train with his colleagues.

Dubai. Kennedy comes out on nation tv and states that his players had breached some of the C.V. rules. No bans from the SFA. Manager Lennon we did nothing wrong. CEO lawell apologized to fans. 2 players test positive bring C.V. into the country. Yet the club did nothing wrong. With Kennedy admitting C.V. rule breaks from players. The whole team should have been made to self isolate for 14 days and hibs and Livy should have been awarded the points. Results from SFA no action no bans. Celtic allowed to handle internally along with test n trace.

Edminson and Jones attended party same as Griffiths No contact with any of our players or staff. Unlike boli boli. Result the highest individual bans of 7 games for each player.

The C.V. 5 attended party all attendees within the players individual bubbles. The rule break was the numbers. No contact with our players or staff. Results the second highest bans of 6 games. 4 plus 2 suspended.
