Yet another disappointment for Scotland. Firstly, the booing of Barasic and the anti-Rangers/ Unionist actions of a certain section of Scots is pathetic. This SNP government doesn't help. Are they going to condemn the 'celebrations' in George Square last night? As for the football, Clarke is completely tactically inept and has no idea at that level. Croatia are very good team but were there for the taking. With the exception of Tierney, Robertson and McGinn I don't see anything to get excited about. We don't have a goalscorer. Dykes is useless. Just thinking if Gilmour and Jack had been fit/ available would that have made a difference. Anyway, living in England I've now got to suffer and wait for the next two weeks until England get knocked out!

Totally agree. Is being British not an identity then surely by the snp's own rules these are hate crimes. I'm pretty sure we'd hear as much about that as we will about the tartan army in London. I will always support Scotland but I hate this tartan army. Sturgeon goes on as if Scotland would be a world leader yet they lap up the tea towel, jam, tartan and Jimmy wig stereo type Scotland. The tartan army are a red neck. I served my time in a Scottish regiment within the British army. I'm a proud Scot and a proud Brit. These lot think they are the true representation of Scotland and are more Scottish than anyone else. What would happen if it was a rangers player that sealed a victory last night would they cheer him after their boos. As for Clarke, everyone hails his good work. We never qualified properly and when we got there one goal one point and one of the worst showings of all the teams there. Is this where Scotland want to be if so all the non old firm fans in Scotland that support Scotland but constantly moan about the old firm should shut up as their jealousy of success seems insane when they don't actually want it themselves. Also to the SNP indi supporters, you support a Scotland team who the majority of cannot vote for independence and could be rendered stateless if it happened yet you will give votes to people playing for Finland, Sweden, Lithuania and the likes. That is complete madness. There are a few million Scots living in England surely they deserve a vote too.

Cannot believe people now are so sensitive to players being booed. When you hear some of the abuse directed to players then booing is very tame. Talk about snowflakes.

Perhaps was due to borna playing for other team like modric? As there was no boos for patterson.

Agree about clark, Souness made a good point, why did he not change things in the second half considering they had 68% possession. It was clear Dykes was not up to it and could not hold the ball and link up with Adams. Also why put subs on with 8 minutes to go. He is too negative should of started first game with Gilmour and 2 strikers.

The entire Croatia team got booed last night and I don't know how that can have any link to anti Unionism. Stop with the politics it has zero relevance to football. When Kamara was abused we all heard about Everyone Anyone and inclusion but as a Rangers fan who supports independendance and I have been made to feel like a 2nd class fan and have been abused by fellow fans repeatedly. The football team I support has no impact on my political opinions and yet every week we have people on here ranting about it. Grow up folks.

Sorry Huey, but the way the SNP and our SNP Government reacted to Rangers fans compared to their lack of reaction to Scotland fans shows there is a very real issue here which should be discussed. The SNP are building an anti-unionism cult who see Rangers fans as ALL being unionist. I'm not pro-indy but when people find I support Rangers I get told that that is why I'm a Unionist. I'm not actually a unionist at all, but see indy as a worse option.
This impacts us as Rangers fans. Independence WILL impact the club and limit our strengths. We should be allowed to discuss it. And having an opinion does not make us immature, so stop telling people to grow up.

Big difference being that public gathering are allowed in London now and weren't allowed in Glasgow when we won the league. I do agree the tone of debate was wrong and I'm no big fan of the SNP. In terms of football Scotland is an independent country so any change to our country's governance shouldn't affect the club. People don't like football so will criticise it, people don't like the Old Firm so will criticise it and some just don't like Rangers so will criticise, I don't see there being any biased anti behaviour that wouldn't apply to Celtic if they were in the same circumstance.
