Today I'd like to see our strongest 11 out there. lundstrum and sakala on the bench. hope both teams play this game as the real thing as there's not long left before season starts.

I think lundstrum will start.

Sakala hardly trained if he even has so hopefully gets mins in 2nd half.

Agree davie, now all players have returned its time to get them all ticking. We can use the Brighton game for the fringe players next week before los blancos game. i'd like to see the lundstrum and sakala get 45 today though.

I just watched the highlights of the Hibs v Arsenal friendly. That Arsenal keeper was shocking. Apart from the goal he had 3 or 4 scary moments. If he's in today we could score a barrow load🤣.

Sakala had a couple training sessions supposobly. we also have Blackpool on wed night before Brighton and real.

With a number of our players including Morelos, Kamara and Helander still on vacation after their respective International competitions we won't see our strongest eleven today. I suspect that we might see a couple of our fringe players given a run out, 'being put in the shop window' in the hope that we can get them off the wage book and bring in some transfer fees to release funds for another acquisition. I would also expect to see Lundstrum given some game time but whether Sakala plays will depend on his overall fitness.

Sakala is a fair bit behind in terms of fitness, he is doing extra training on his own as well as with with team, will add something to our team as he can get in behind teams.
