I think we are having problems now due to recruitment. Looking at our first team we only have around 3-4 really established international players. that's shocking for a team like us. We really need to up our game on recruitment as our new signing last night looks bang average with the videos I watched on youtube. We need more internationals. Not English Championship standard players.

* Mcgregor is international class and could still play for Scotland, and Mclaughlin still does.
* Patterson, Borna, Balogun and Helander are international players.
* Jack, Kamara, Davis, Sakala, Aribo, Hagi are all international players.
* Morelos, again, an international player. So, while I might not be some whiz at arithmetic, that's more than 4 or 5 we have!
All are established international players. They might not play every game, but they're still internationals.
When are some going to eventually understand that we don't have the money for top international players. If you want top international players, go and support Man City or Liverpool, because you're not going to get them here. The days of Laudrup and Gazza are well gone!

Players need to wake up for sure, but to start questioning everything we were waxing lyrical about months ago, is insanity. Literally insanity.

I think Bacuna looks avg. but I hadn’t heard of Aribo, even Scott Wright! Look at Shirleys improvement since last season? I trust SG and the management team more than us fans, particularly in times of concern!

Let’s stick together and continue to trust SG.

I have said it before and been shot down but I am nor overly impressed by the majority of Wilson's signings. The majority of the players that won us the league last season and certainly all of those that are being linked with big money transfers to other clubs were all signed by his predecessors. Where he has appeared to do a good job is identifying youngsters but it is proven professionals that we need and with the exception of Roofe and Wright, perhaps Helander, that is it! Itten isn't suited to the Scottish Game, Lundstrum is a liability, (just as he was last season at Sheffield United), the other two centre backs he signed are mediocre at best and this year's signing, Sakala, is injured. Our Scouting System overseas isn't identifying any 'world beaters' that we can pick up on the cheap!

The problem is east fast, yes this squad done well in europe last few seasons. Fact is all teams we have bn competing against have bn improving. We have same squad basically afew getting on age wise, no cash to invest, we pushed the boat out far to progress. The boat has sailed so far we cannot afford Targets we would like. So while others improve we stand still or possibly even loose one or 2 important players. I think we should give our youth a chance, too many players tht are undroppable if out of form. While we know we have young ones ready n waiting for their chance, if old enough good enough. Got too say but i say morelos is most reliable and consistant player in our team u can count on. No matter how much stick he takes morelos never shys away or looks disinterested fat and all the rest tht gets said. 👌💙.
